    I would not buy from mushtato again. Worst service than that I get from eBay seller from China. More expensive than eBay too.

      I don't know what happened to you, but I got the earphones and 16500mAH charger from a previous deal. They shipped the next day, arrived quickly and were well packaged. So I'd buy from mushy again.

        Can't say I'm a fan, either.

        If you get an item that works, you're fine. It's all Australian stock and they get it to your door relatively quickly.

        In my case, I was shipped a faulty item, but was asked to pay for return shipping (without compensation) in order to get a replacement. This goes against the consumer rights and guarantees established by the ACCC.

        No amount of written or verbal correspondence with Mushtato helped. In the end, I chose not to follow through and lodged a dispute with PayPal who ruled in my favour and refunded me the value of the item.

          I had a similar experience too. I had added in the Apple lightning cable which turned out to be faulty and I was asked to send it in at my own expense to check the cable. I experienced difficulty in contacting them because they didn't reply to my messages sent via contact form but ended up being able to reach them via mobile. I ended up posting the cable back for a refund because I didn't want to risk receiving another faulty cable. A lot of people on OB seem to have good experiences with Mushtato though.

    Last time I bought the XIAOMI power bank, I bought Apple Lightening cable as an add on. The reps commented on my query that it is a genuine Apple cable but it turned out to be not-so-genuine after all.
