      A few years ago, I paid $9 for a certified PMP course.

      It has been the only course I have been through, even though I have hundreds of free ones waiting. I'd bet that most people haven't completed any of their 'library of courses'.

      I find that we generally only value something if we 'invest' in it.

        I don't feel the need to "complete" any of the courses. I do take a look when something interests me. Life is pretty busy with a young family and a full on full time job so I don't spend as much time on this stuff as I'd like. But I wouldn't say I don't value it.

          hahaha life is busy but I manage to spend a lot of time on Ozbargain. Think of how much time 2157 comments took and tell me you couldn't have put that energy into a course 'as you'd like'. Nothing worse then when people complain about time management but they don't sit and realise how much time they waste in life.

          I type quickly and I spend most of my ozbargain time in off moments when I'm either too tired or can't focus on something more important. (If you don't believe me take a look at some of the typos). This morning I was ozbargaining in the doctor's office. This afternoon it's on my meal break.

          But hey, give yourself a big fat pat on the back for looking up my stats and trying to make out I'm some kind of horrid illogical creep for participating here. Because I'm sure that's what will keep OzB successful.

          Also if I have walked 100,000 steps in the last few months, does that mean I'm ready to run a marathon? Faulty logic. It's easy to spend time/energy over a very long period and doesn't necessarily mean it could have been better spent "productively".

      I support the Free udemy posts, they are free for a short time when they are new, and I found valuable some of them. thanks to the people who list them here.

      No but it's easy :)

      Step 1: decide on a topic you want to talk about
      Step 2: plan some lectures on said topic
      Step 3: record yourself on the worst camera you can find, with a friend holding it and shaking it. Make sure lighting is horrible too. This is how the Pros do it
      Step 4: upload the resulting videos to Udemy
      Step 5: set price for course for $300
      Step 6: offer free coupons every now and again
