Again, thanks all for your help!

Guys,

The logitechshop staff has clarified the situation below.

Thanks all for your help!

Bought an earphone from Logitech 2 weeks ago, since then haven't received any notice about my order, I can see the delivery code in order status, but the code is invalid! I searched it in www.auspost.com.au/track/, it says no match found….and have sent few emails to this online shop, no response at all…:(

anyone else has the same experience?

    • Thx…I'm checking my email now, will shoot back to you soon.

  • I got a voicemail yesterday from marney about order# 14529 and emailed back but got no response and have not received a read receipt either.

Did you get the email? If so, has the parcel been shipped with tracking? I would have liked to get them before easter

    • What is the exact nature of the problem so I can add it to the list? I assume these are for the instruments. Have you got a tracking number yet?

      • order showing as shipped Australia Post eParcel
FMK0015000 & FMK0015001 but got a voicemail by marney saying it will be mailed by fastway and emailed them back as requested with no response

    • UPDATE: Some of the guitars were for friends, if they havent already been shipped is it possible you can ship direct to my friends?

      • As per twitter, the last of the instruments left the building on Friday. Have you got a fastway/Auspost tracking number on your invoice?

EDIT: Just saw your post above. I think this is just a matter for Marney to provide you with the new Fastway tracking numbers. If they were indeed sent via fastway.

        • +1

thanks for the response, I wish Marney would respond directly though. I know its a good deal but fairly poor customer service really and Ive only just come forward now because Im usually pretty patient and understanding. I just feel like Ive been left in the dark a lot, getting told its being sent by eparcel and then by fastway and hearing nothing else. Ive been checking twitter and apparently everything has been sent but thats been said before.

          • @Orgazmo: I think Marney is dealing with Powerevolution's order at the moment. His is a lot bigger an issue. Should't be long before Marney responds to yours.

            • +1

@Livert: fair enough - man I hope they are paying for your time being their unofficial CS rep

              • +2

@Orgazmo: Not a cent, nor do I want to be paid for this. I'm just keen for everyone to be happy.

              • @Orgazmo: Livert get extra 20% off next deal :)

          • @Orgazmo: I'm in your same boat mate and been very patience too only raise my concern after 2 weeks. Hope they have some good new for us soon.

  • +1

Orgazmo, Got your email yesterday, chasing up the order status, will email you directly as soon as possible.

    • thanks

    • dont know if you saw my other post but: Some of the guitars were for friends, if they havent already been shipped is it possible you can ship direct to my friends?

  • Powerevolution - our records show your contact number as 00000000 can I grab a contact number please, just email it to me.

    • Sorry been busy working … you got mail!

  • +1

On the phone with AusPost at the moment checking on delivery of my order. I have a tracking number that is stuck in the manifest received state. Nothing new there as their tracking system is poo.

Will post when I find out.

EDIT: Apparently attempted delivery today. Hope I get what I ordered lol

    • No note in your mailbox? Damn those Auspost slackers!! Happened to me as well.

      • I'm at work and haven't been home yet. I will just go straight to the post office now that I know it will be there.

Slack delivery contractors? You have no idea. My contractor doesn't even get out of the car to deliver items. Sits on her fat arse while beeping the car horn. If nobody comes out (all the way to her car) then she drives off. I am on acreage and she once left a regular parcel under the letterbox (out on the street) probably because she could reach out and drop it on the ground without getting out of her seat, as opposed to getting out of the car, knocking on the front door, and leaving the item next to the door.

Thanks for reminding me (or did I remind myself) that I need to complain about her.

  • Powerevolution and Orgazmo, how are things going with your orders? Sorted yet?

    • still waiting on a reply to my email and no tracking info yet

    • Not yet but hopefully it will be soon.

  • still working out your tracking details and reply will be sent.

  • email sent.

    • i appreciate the response but Im curious to know why the whole lot wasnt just sent by eparcel. I guess its the cost.

And I guess its too late to have them mailed separately to my friends, that would have helped me a lot. No reply about this!

Also FMK0015001 has been stuck on manifest received since the 26

      • check your emails again, you do have a reply "about this".

  • i've emailed power back and requested a contact number, no reply as yet.

    • just shoot you an email with my contact and hope you can help out my friends!

  • The first parcel (drums) made it to Australia Post before the 5pm cut off.
The second didn't so it was taken to Fastway that evening. Once at Fastway, we couldn't send it immediately as Fastway doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, hence my voicemail message to you requesting a street address.
We haven't had Australia Post come for a pick up since as all orders have been dispatched and your 2nd parcel was tagged for delivery via Fastway.

You might want to call Australia Post about the "stuck on manifest" issue.
I've called them today a few times for the same issue and customers have received their deliveries even though the Aus post status is "Manifest Received". The lady at Auspost muttered something about how busy they are due to Easter.

  • +1

Livert and BC/Marney. My xbox drums and guitar arrived. Long time coming but worth the wait. Easy to say now that i have the things in my hands.

    • Glad they got there in end, thanks for letting me know and apologies again for the delay.

      Cheers,
      m

  • LTS just rang me and they'll pack one big order tomorrow but it's Easter so I won't be receive anything in the next 8 days :(
Hope they throw in a freebie hint hint

    • You'll be getting a free upgrade to the Ultimate Ears 220 VI.

      • -1

All customers who haven't received their ue,s. Have been shipped 220Vi,s instead 11:54 PM Mar 27th via twitter

That's as expected not just me others get that too :)
Give me 50% off Logitech Z520
ie. $25 Logitech Z520 or Logitech Alto Notebook Stand with Cordless Keyboard

        • Marking yours as resolved. Particularly happy about your order being fixed.

EDIT: What about yours Orgazmo? Sorted now?

          • @Livert: Thanks mate!

          • @Livert: Its sorted in that Ive received a response and according to auspost its likely im going to receive half of my order tomorrow. The rest next week sometime. THanks again for the followup.

ALso in regards to your comment below, I assume you are referring to me as being one of the not so active posters? While thats true, Im usually lurking…;)

            • @Orgazmo: Hehe. Then why the late response? Marking as resolved.

EDIT: Try not to lurk the next time another Logitechshop party happens. LOL.

        • +1

you know gettting the free upgrade might be a bad thing if ur not looking for a mic
because with the added mic there needs to be more welds in the wire to connect it and that just makes another weak point in the line which can break easily under stress

          • @Trance N Dance: ?? I don't see how else they would be able to fix it as they have run out of the 220. I guess a refund would be the only other alternative but realistically, who would choose that?

            • @Livert: Base on my order number (13258) and I (+Livert a& feww others) already raised this problem (missing orders in LTS) with BC but somehow it didn't fix until today.

          • @Trance N Dance: Yeah but there is no other option if I want to keep the earphone.
220vi still work on non-iPhone right?

          • @Trance N Dance: i really dont get that logic…you mean to say there is a greater chance of failure because of the extra strand?
I would suggest that if you're placing enough stress on the "weak point" for it to break, then you're also placing enough stress to break everything else.

Or perhaps you mean the mic strand is less durable than the others and more susceptible to stress? That sounds rather ridiculous to me, both in theory and practicality.

And if such an occurrence were possible and you were to break only the mic strand, then surely you'll be left with a standard set of 220 earphones, which is what was ordered in the first place.

Alright, it's most likely that the rest of the cases on the list have been resolved. Doubt they will come back to confirm that things are now good as they are not the most active users here. I will leave the list as it is meanwhile.

Just wanna thank you Marney for taking notice of the list and your efforts to fix all the orders. You may remind the real BC that he has hit his 400 on Twitter and we are waiting for another wave of bargains LOL. More work for you :)

    • +1

      More work for you :)

Yeah but don't stuff up again…one is enough and there is no more excuse next time :)

      Bring on Z5500

      • Nah, these things are inevitable. Hopefully the proportion of order problems will get reduced by half at least. I'm sure more systems are in place now.

      • i can almost smell your orders being canceled and a refund sent your way….

        • LOLOLOL

    • +1

No probs mate, I'm glad its all getting sorted and is finally under a measure of control.
New procedures and processes are most definitely being put in place and enforced after which my work for dear Logitechshop will reach a conclusion and off I go to seek out another project.

In the meantime, if people here have an issue, please continue to email us and always include your order number in the Subject field to speed up your response time.

      All the best,
      marney

      • Sucks to see you go. Your replacement better be good. Hope you get a small bonus for this. Hope also to see you back as a user here sometime. Cya.

  • No way I want the refund!

Thanks LTS & Marney for sort out my orders!!!

  • Guys, my order is stil in postoffice, I saw the email from Logitechshop want me to confirm my address…I have confirmed it, and also left a message on the your mobile number (0410810936) this morning.

I have just checked the status on auspost again, still no change…

    • Not sure if Marney is still here but send another email to them with the order number in the subject line. Yours was not one of those sent via fastway was it? Check your invoice again.

      • it was on Monday, then for some reason, fastway returned it saying undeliveriable…(the address is correct). and now it's just sitting somewhere…

btw, the address is valid with eparcel, because I just received my another purchase last week from another seller….

        • In that case I would call Fastway directly to find out what's going on. They should be able to work directly off your tracking number.

EDIT: Find the closest depot here and call them: http://www.fastway.com.au/1Directory_RFdepots.html

EDIT2: Let me know how it goes.

        • Hi alex,
can I grab your order number please? In fact, please send me an email and I'll check it out now.

          • @bargaincrypt: Pretty sure it's 13624.

            • @Livert: yes…

              • @alexsama: Marney has replied below. Might not get an answer from Fastway today as it's past working hours. I would still try calling them tomorrow morning though.

      • hey alexsama,
Do you live in a security building? As in you have to be buzzed in by someone to enter?
If so, thats probably why they couldn't deliver, Fastway have to obtain a signature for the delivery.
If they buzzed and no one was home and there was no secure place or a guard to leave it with, they would indeed take it back, and quite rightly so.
If that is the case, I'll let you know and perhaps you can supply me with a work address etc.

        • BC, yes I do…

I can send you my working address, but please let me give me a call when they get there, so I can come down to pick it up…

  • I just submitted an online enquiry with Fastway.
YIDE (alexsama) - I'll forward the reply to your email as soon as I get it.

    • Thanks mate!

    • btw, do I have to me at home to collect the item? if no one is at home, will they leave the item to post office?

      • Fastway does not use post offices. You can either re-arrange delivery time or tell them to send it to your work address. Either that or you can pick it up at their depot. I assume in your case that's at the Olympic Park depot as you are in Sydney.

      • Yes they will. That's the beauty of Australia Post. You can pick it up at your convenience.

        • Alexsama's order was a fastway one as well. No post office option for him either.

          • @Livert: My bad, misread that. His first post in this chain said Auspost.

  • Livert/BC, I just checked my order status. Fastway's tracking site shows that they tried to deliver to my house today at 4pm, but obviously they couldn't because I wasn't at home. But they didn't leave any card either. I'm guessing they'll leave a card tomorrow. Which means, the earliest they'll deliver is Tuesday next week because of the public holidays in between.

This is why I asked for Australia Post. I never have any luck with couriers. Another week before I get my instruments I guess.

    • Call them first thing tomorrow morning and tell them to redirect it to wherever you are during the day tomorrow. Your work address would be ideal. How far is your nearest depot? There is still a chance you will get it tomorrow.

      • I can't get it delivered it where I'm working. I don't think Channel 7 knows all the contract technical staff to accept deliveries. I can't go and pick it up during the week either. Which is why I emailed in advance and asked for Australia Post.

        • Hmm…. Is there something on the note that you got that says you authorize them to leave it at a specific place at your address without requiring a signature? I think I recall something like that the last time I received a note from them. Not the safest option but probably your only hope of getting it tomorrow. Should you choose this option, I would still call them to advise them of this.

EDIT: Maybe if you know your neighbour they could deliver there instead?

        • The reason I hate couriers is because I live in a security building as well, and the delivery drivers don't bother buzzing. Especially AAE. They give me a vague timing saying between 9am and 3pm. And then I wait but no buzz, and when I check the order status, it'll say that package is left at depot since no one answered.

          • @ragflan: I didn't get the note. There was no note in my postbox. The status in the website says: The Courier Franchisee attempted delivery however was unable to deliver the parcel.

No note was left. I've asked AAE before to leave the package at Australia Post, they said they cannot do that. Australia Post is only 10 metres from my building. It's exactly next door.

            • @ragflan: Ouch. I feel your pain. I really do. I've run out of ideas. Maybe Marney can help you tomorrow. Sorry.

            • @ragflan: What does this mean: This may be due to a number of circumstances, the depot will be in contact with the sender to make alternative arrangements.

Does it mean Logitechshop has to let them know what to do next? I've never dealt with Fastway before.

              • @ragflan: Thanks Livert. I only wish mine was sent through Australia Post like I requested. I'll wait and see what Marney, BC, Logitechshop or Fastway says. I really hate couriers.

              • @ragflan: Nah, you can deal with fastway directly as long as you have a tracking number.

                • @Livert: Marney/BC, I really hope you understand when I say this. If this comes down to me going down to the depot to collect my order, I have to ask for a refund because that's not an option for me. I've explained my situation when I emailed you on the 22nd asking you to please send my order through Australia Post.

You guys replied on the 24th, We're processing all the orders for the guitars and drum this week and yours will be sent via Australia Post as requested.

I hope you can think about it from my point of view. I already know I won't be at home when either AusPost or a courier tries to deliver. With AusPost, I just walk 10 metres to the next building and collect my package. For couriers its me going to some other suburb during the week for which I won't have the time.

                  • @ragflan: To BC/Marney: Please know this. I know you guys are friendly and were pressed for time the last week. You guys called me. I'm not denying any of that.

But if you just posted through AusPost as you assured me, you'd have a completely satisfied customer and would have saved me from this problem. I'd have had my instruments right now or early tomorrow morning if you sent through AusPost. Now, I'm at Fastway's mercy. I have to be available according to their schedule. I'll see what Fastway can do tomorrow morning.

                    • +1

                      @ragflan: Evening all,
I do understand your predicament with regards to Australia Post and unfortunately, that wasn't an option for us when it came to dispatching all the orders. It wasn't intentional and the original plan was to send out ALL items via Australia Post but I made the final decision about taking the remaining orders to the Fastway depot as my mission was to get all orders that were packed and labeled out by Monday evening, to satisfy the masses.

If delivery to your work address is not possible (although it should be as Channel 7 will most certainly have a mailing room that accepts deliveries all day long for anyone that works there) and you cannot pick up from the depot, that really leaves us with 2 options:

                      1) Have it delivered to a friend/relatives address so someone can sign for and accept the delivery.

                      2) We can certainly arrange a refund for you.

                      • @bargaincrypt: BC, problem with it being posted to channel 7, is i'm not an employee of channel 7. I just work for a company that's doing a show that's on Channel 7. So I'll be there in docklands during the day.

I understand your position and I'm glad you understand mine. Here's what I'll do. I'll take Tuesday off next week and call Fastway and schedule a delivery date for Tuesday.

I'm still new to Melbourne and the few friends I have are all colleagues who won't be available either. Kindly do me one favour…

If for some odd reason, Fastway tries to redeliver tomorrow before I call them (some couriers only attempt delivery twice and then you have to collect at the depot), please kindly speak to them on my behalf and ask for one more delivery. I'm not sure how Fastway works.

I'm sure they won't re-deliver tomorrow. They tried today (according to the status in the website) but they didn't leave a card so they shouldn't re-attempt delivery unless I call and arrange for one.

I'll call them tomorrow and schedule it for Tuesday next week. But as I said earlier, in case they attempt to deliver tomorrow (which will be second time) for some odd reason and decide to leave it at the depot, then please do me a favour and ask them to redeliver one more time since they listen to senders and not receivers.

I'll update you tomorrow after calling Fastway. Please know that I appreciate your service and I only am voicing out here because of frustration. It's a problem but it's my problem. It's in no way a negative remark on your service. I hope you know that. I'm just frustrated with how couriers operate.

                        • @ragflan: Ragflan, Elyxar on this thread claims to have received it after hours. I wonder if you can arrange this for tomorrow evening. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/23322?page=4

                          • @Livert: I'll call Fastway and ask. Livert, any idea what time Fastway operates from? 8am or 9am?

                            • @ragflan: No idea about that. OMG this box gets smaller and smaller to type in. Make new comment on next page?

  • BC/Livert, I have just sent you my working address by email…hope i can get the luck tomorrow if possible :)

    thanks guys!

    • You need to give that info to Fastway tomorrow morning. Call them in the morning.

      • ahh..ok…thought the item was returned to you…I'll call them then…02 9737 8288?

also, do I still use the same track number??

        • Dude, I'm not Logitechshop staff. Yeah, that number and whatever Fastway tracking number you got (not the one that starts with FMK).

          • @Livert: haha…didn't see the name…just read what you wrote..

the reason I ask is because BC said he has just booked another delivery…

            anyway, thanks Livert :)

  • BC/Livert, if you guys are still here, please confirm me the track number early in the tomorrow morning? So I can give fastway a call…

    cheers

    • I don't know when Marney will be back tomorrow am. Try calling Fastway anyway and they may be able to trace your package using your delivery address or your name.

    • Hi,
      Its 1A0003081915

Its quite clear why they couldn't deliver to your address (security building etc) so please give them a call in the morning and work out an alternative address with them.

      • this could be why, but if they did the delivery on Monday, I was at home..

anyway, I'll try to give them a call tomorrow…

        cheers!

  • Marney, new problem on this thread. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/23322?page=4 . I have led him here.
