Bought an earphone from Logitech 2 weeks ago, since then haven't received any notice about my order, I can see the delivery code in order status, but the code is invalid! I searched it in www.auspost.com.au/track/, it says no match found….and have sent few emails to this online shop, no response at all…:(

anyone else has the same experience?

    Can you please investigate order number 13121.

    I ordered 2x Logitech Ultimate Ears Metro fi 220 Earphones and a Logitech G110 Keyboard + Logitech MX Revolution USB Cordless Mouse under a single order number. However I only received a package for the 2x earphones marked 1 of 1. The other items (Keyboard + Mouse) were not sent.

    I left an e-mail about it and talked to Marney(sp?) on Wednesday last week, he marked down my name and order number and said that he would look into it and get back to me the next day. I still haven't heard anything since then and I'm getting worried as its been > 2 weeks since I placed the order.

      Same problem as lume, 2 orders of UE220 but only received one. Missing order 13811 + other 3 orders not show up in LTS.

              • @POWERevolution: A couple of those orders are obviously for the instruments and surveillance equipment. Should arrive tomorrow. I doubt you will receive everything you ordered though. Some refunds may need to happen. Any chance you could upload a pic of the 3 individual invoices you have?

                  Email BC last week regarding this missing order and he said will check the order personally but now still not receive or show in my account.

                  • @POWERevolution: Looks like some orders failed to register at all. Looks like you will be receiving all the surveillance equipment you ordered but you may not get any instruments. You may need a refund for the instruments as they have sold out.

                    You may also need to be upgraded to the UE220vi for your second 2x earphones order (also missing). Adding 2nd pic to list.

    re order no. 13238 I’ve already sent an email to [email protected] on 26 March asking for a status update and I got a reply saying that they’ll send it out asap, but still have yet to receive it. Just hoping that it’ll arrive soon, been waiting for far too long

    • Weird. All tracking numbers I have seen so far start with FMK.

        Soon after I posted this a very polite gentleman (it may have been Marney) from logitech shop phoned me. Told me my stuff had been sent via Fastway and gave me a tracking number. Told me it was currently on the van. Couple of hours later, the 2 UE's (I got upgraded to the vi) arrived.

        Well, it took 17 days from order to final delivery, and that is a long time… however, all is forgiven because this was a massive promo PLUS the gent that called me was too nice.

        I'm sure for their next big deal, logitechshop will be better equipped to handle the load.

  • Just a reminder for anyone on the list to update us if there has been correspondence or progress made on their query. Or even better, if you have received your items.

    EDIT: Apparently 500 orders have been sent via Fastway as per Twitter. Like Leiiv above, CHECK IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER HAS CHANGED. If they start with FA, use http://www.fastway.com.au to track your order instead.

    EDIT2: From my personal experience, Fastway will try to re-arrange delivery at your convenience either by delivering to your work address or re-scheduling another delivery time. The main drawback with Fastway or other courier companies is if you prefer to pick up your item instead, you would have to do it at their depot which is often pretty far away (Unlike Auspost where you can pick it up at your LPO).

    I'm posting here ON BEHALF of Bargain Crypt.
    Practically all orders have been dispatched for all items (guitars, drums, surveillance etc); these have been sent via a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers as Australia Post have a 5pm cut off time and Fastway 8pm.
    Whatever we could get to Australia Post before 5pm was sent leaving us with 3 hours to get the remaining orders out by 8pm via Fastway (rather than wait till the next day to send them and increase the wait time).

    I understand that this may have caused some confusion for our customers as they have been provided with an Australia Post tracking number which yields no results when tracked.
    The reason for this is because all orders were BOOKED in with Australia Post (and our delivery status was updated with the FMK number) but not ALL ORDERS WERE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST, for the reasons given above.

    If you log in to the website for an update and see "Fastway" in the Tracking field, your item has definitely not been sent via Australia Post and you can proceed to www.fastway.com.au and track your order from there.

    I know a lot of you have emailed and I'm working through the Inbox right now so replies will be coming poste haste.
    If you are posting here for an update, please include your order number (I cannot work out who you are purely from your Ozbargain username).
    Ideally, please continue to send your queries via email to us stating your order number in the Subject field and you will receive a response today, but again, let me assure you all that your orders have been dispatched and they will be arriving this week and possibly early next week for those that live in WA/Country locations etc.

    • Thanks for the update marney. Not all the queries are regarding missing orders. Some are for wrong addresses, completely missing orders, partially filled orders, cancelled orders, orders unable to be paid for etc… Refer to the list above if you haven't already. All order numbers are there.

        • Just checked on www.fastway.com.au . When you input your tracking number make sure there are no spaces in the field ie. FA0015467913. It has been picked up like leiiv's order. Hope it arrives tomorrow.

          • @Livert: Thanks for that, when I tried it without the space it said "Incorrect label number" in a javascript popup, but it turns out it cropped the 3 off the end… I feel silly. Thanks Livert.

    • If they can't fulfill your order due to stock availability, you may need to wait until new stock arrives. Either that or it would be nice if they can give you an insane discount on an item of your choice for the inconvenience. hint hint

  • I'm ticked that many received orders through Australia Post yet when I specifically asked for Australia Post, I was given a Fastway tracking number. But its their business how they ship I guess.

    I'm mostly unhappy because of all the misinformation because they say one thing but the end result is not what they say. I just hope by Friday I'll get my stuff. If it comes next week, then this order has taken longer to get to Melbourne from Sydney than my purchases from UK, US and even Deal Extreme.

      Not trying to be defensive of their behalf or anything but they sent it via fastway with good intentions (as explained in the previous page). It would not have left their doors before last weekend if they hadn't done so.

      Again, I'm not upset with the duration its taking for my items to be shipped. I've waited 3 weeks for some things to arrive from UK. But you expect that based on the information you get. You factor in delays and what not. But when someone in Sydney says shipping starts on 23rd and it takes 8 days just to get a tracking number, its hard not to be impatient. It's not that it's taking so long, it's that I, along with others, were expecting our stuff much earlier because of the information provided.

      I love the deals, but with whatever information they provided, I hope they would have been more upfront with it. If you expect it to take till 31st, just say that in the first place. Don't assure someone on 23rd or even 24th. Don't say you'll send by Australia Post when you won't. I'm sorry guys. I love the deals and their customer service is really friendly. I get calls from them and I know they're trying their best to please everyone but if you're just honest about your capacity and what you're going to deliver and when, I think customer satisfaction will be automatic.

      I think Game does it best. You order something from them, they'll email when you it's shipped so you don't have to check a forum or your account every day. And when they email you the shipping confirmation, you can be damned sure that the next day, your order is waiting for you at Australia Post. To LogitechShop and BC, your deals were awesome, but next time just be more upfront with your customers.

  • Hi, got my 2 orders already (14162 & 14973) - Security cameras. The problem is that the USB receiver that came with the master system doesn't work.     Livert is spot on with the Fastway tracking system.
    Once you've entered the tracking number (successfully) and are presented with the results, you can click on Detailed Report and there is some more info there.

    Just received my UE220vi this morning. The sound quality does not meet my expectation though. Will try to burn in..

    • Mine sounds surprisingly better after just 12 hours of burn-in. While I was doing this, I pushed the high frequencies up in my iTunes equalizer to further enhance the treble. Not sure if this made any difference. Make sure the earpiece seal is tight. This is crucial. Let us know how you go with yours.

      • Whats burn-in? My UE220 sounds awesome… Do i need to something before using them?

          It's playing music through the earphones at loud volumes to make the diaphragm more flexible and hence making the sound even better. Something generally done with all new speakers but I was surprised it was the same case with these earphones.

    I finally got an email from [email protected] yesterday but they didn't explain anything, all they did was send me the tracking numbers for my orders. The tracking number does not help though, the problem was that I only got the G330 but the X230 + MK700 were missing.

    Any idea when you guys are going to send the X230 + MK700?

    What nightmare although props to Livert and the rest for trying to sort it out. I havent seen another seller or user working so hard to try and sort everything out, so for me this is a good sign.

    I think most people should take note of all the above, when next ordering sure the prices are unbeatable but sometimes there are things like support, after sales service & warranty that really make or break the deal.

    Overall it looks like most were happy with what they received, hopefully BC and guys have the methods sorted for their next big deal , will wait and watch it unfold

      As I said I don't mind the wait but some of my friends don't understand and my problem of missing orders not sort yet but it's a good sign that someone reply to my email (after 4th attempts need to improve in the future).
      Let hope no more hiccup after the next order.

    • Yeah. Bound to be problems if you get 12000 orders in 1 week and not expect it. Main issues from what I notice to date is the lack of redundancy measures to prevent order mess-ups as well as enough resources to get stuff shipped. The latter is a simple matter of getting casual workers in. As for the previous, I have no good ideas.
