Bought an earphone from Logitech 2 weeks ago, since then haven't received any notice about my order, I can see the delivery code in order status, but the code is invalid! I searched it in www.auspost.com.au/track/, it says no match found….and have sent few emails to this online shop, no response at all…:(

anyone else has the same experience?

  • Livert, I think they have specific delivery times based on your location. It's sometime in the morning and early afternoon for Melbourne CBD. No harm in asking I guess. I'll call them tomorrow and ask.

  • i have got this one FMK0014624 and this is for order 14119 and it should be 4x Logitech Outdoor Master System + Outdoor Add-on. I have not got a tracking number for order number 14144 that order should have 4x Logitech Indoor Master System + Indoor Add-On and 1 x Logitech Outdoor Master System + Outdoor Add-on. Order number 14540 has 2 tracking numbers FMK0015009 & FMK0015010 this order should have 2x 2x Logitech Guitars + 1x Drum for XBOX360 and 2x 2x Logitech Guitars + 1x Drum for Wii. cheers

    I am still waiting for my metrofi 220's….. the logitech website says that they shipped on 15/3. Auspost says "manifest cancelled" on 29th March at lunchtime.

        • I'm pretty sure you're one of those upgraded to the 220vi. Likely to have left via Fastway as well. What's your order number for the earphones? not the tracking number… Also, have you sent LTS an email? [email protected]

Fastway delivered my logitech outdoor master system yesterday and I'm very happy with it… if it wasn't for that I'd probably be jumping up and down about my late earphones !!

    Neither of them are on OzBargargain at the moment. I wonder if a phone call to ragflan would be more appropriate. He doesn't seem keen on providing any alternate address and is trying to organise delivery next Tuesday when he will be home. The main issue is he lives in a secure building and because of that Fastway has deemed his address as undeliverable. I think he's trying to reverse his address status but it seems only you can do that.

    • Thanks Livert. Its Channel 7 in Docklands. But i cannot use that as an alternative address because I'm a contract IT staff which means i have no idea where I'll be on the day. Its up to them.

      If Fastway cannot deliver to my address, my other alternatives are colleagues but I cannot use them either for the same reason. Your suggestion earlier about having the package sent back to Sydney and BC sending it to my via Australia Post seems the most logical conclusion for my situation. I've emailed LTS. Hopefully they agree to it.

  • Livert please update my order status for order numbers 14144 and 14119 these were the surveillance cams i have just received all of them today, but i'm still waiting on my other orders 14549 ( partially sent drums and still waiting on 2x PS3 Super combos),14540 But they are on the list on page 1 already. I have tried to email and call the LTS but still no answer i have sent about 3 emails so far… Spose i will just have to wait. Thanks livert

    • Made the change. You still need to email them directly with the order number in the subject field (if you haven't already).

  • Livert, I've emailed BC and Logitechshop. I've received my item. I got a call from the delivery guy around 10 in the morning that he was at my house, and I was at work. I asked if he is going to make another trip to the CBD later in the day. He said around 4pm. So I took an hour off from work, ran home signed for my package and went back to work. I only just finished work haha.

    Anyway. Thank you Livert. And thank you BC. I've apologised to BC about complaining for Australia Post. And I hope there are no hard feelings. My comments were out of frustration towards couriers. I hope LTS knows that.

              I actually got some benefit from Fastway. The delivery driver made me exercise. I had a nice long run between Docklands and Melbourne CBD when the driver called at 330pm. I left work at 320pm because he said he'll come around 4pm. It takes around 45 minutes to walk home so when he called, I ran all the way home. I hate Melbourne's weather. That morning (Thursday) when I went to work, it was frickin' cold.

              So in the afternoon when I left work, I was still wearing a jacket and I had to run as well, so by the time I got home, I was sweating all over and the driver looked at me all weird. Haha. I went home, changed and went back to work. But anyway. It all worked out. I only opened up the drums and guitar today and while I'm able to play the guitar well enough, hitting the notes on the drum is really hard. Even on easy level I have a hard time. The guitar/base is so easy though…

              Anyway, thanks Livert and Sharon. Very much appreciated.

  • Hi BC, Just want to complain about Fastway Couriers, ordered 2x Guitar and Drums for Wii on the night released Order No. 14518. According to Fastway posted out on Monday had these entries on tracking website(No. FA0015408608) ,29/03/10 18:44:07 Sydney Your parcel is currently in transit between our Sydney and Melbourne depots. 29/03/10 19:37:58 Sydney Your parcel was picked up. (wondering how it could be in transit then get picked up at a later time?) then yesterday see additional entry 31/03/10 13:44:36 Melbourne The parcel has been left in the couriers bay and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery (thinking alright going to get delivered today) then check the website again in the afternoon today to find this entry 30/03/10 02:28:07 Melbourne Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle. (WTF? Entry made for the 30th, on the 1st today and the parcel only made it to Melbourne on the 31st supposedly) and still no delivery. Annoyed now because have to wait an extra 4 days because of Easter.

    • Just had a look at you Fastway tracking progress. Very odd (and unfortunate) that they took so long to get your stuff to Melbourne. Ragflan above and a few other Vic customers on the other threads had their first attempted delivery yesterday. I agree that at latest it should have been delivered to you today.

      • Hi Livert, Yeh, I've had people all day yesterday and today at home but no delivery, the part I don't get is the "the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle" which was posted today but dated on the 30th.

        • Ah well, doubt BC/Marney will be back this weekend due to the holidays to deal with your issue. Best for you to call your closest Fastway depot (I assume the Melb one) first thing Tuesday morning to see what the go is.

    I ordered a Logitech Drum Kit for PS3, and pay for it on PayPal..got a receipt for an order number..

    after that I was tempted to get a Logitech Guitar Kit for PS3 as well (cause it was really cheap..),

    So.. put it on my shopping cart.. but didn't pay for it..

    But,

    They delivered a Logitech Guitar Kit.. not a Drum Kit that I ordered in the first place..

    and I'm stuck here with another Guitar that I don't need at all..(I've got 2 already..) and without a Drum ..

    Could anyone please help..?

  • Fastway couriers finally delivered my instruments to my joy, only to find that logitechshop have sent me a kit for PS3 when I ordered a Wii kit! Sent an email to [email protected] hope Marney/BC or whoever replies soon. Looks like I won't be rocking out these uni/school holidays.

    Logitech G330 Gaming Headset, Logitech X230 Black Speaker System and MK700 Combo.

    At first I only received the headset, then bargaincrypt said he sent the Logitech X530 (thanks for the upgrade btw) Black Speaker System + MK700 Combo, I just received the package via courier but only the speaker set was in the box, I am still waiting on the MK700 Combo.

    I just sent an email to [email protected] hopefully it gets sorted out.

  • How many people are still waiting for Instruments? My Wii Guitars are still sitting at the regents park BC according to the tracking info. ( Order makes no mention of Fastway so i'm not one of the ones that was upgraded) It's been there since the 25/03. I can understand The Public holidays getting in the way but i would have expected something to have happened by now.
    I'll email them if i haven't seen a change by friday but just trying to see if I'm in the minority with slow moving instruments or if there are still heaps outstanding.

    • I would email them now to find out if you were changed to fastway (maybe even get a tracking no). Some had no indication they were switched.

    • Still waiting on even as much as a tracking number for the drums. I have received the guitars but have been told the drums were sent via fastway also but nothing yet

  • bit disappointed.just received my Logitech MK700 and the wheel on the mouse has no accuracy. Reset the settings and used on another computer but still problem persists. Email logitechshop sales and was told to contact logitech to get a case ID. But this is a DOA!!!

    • What do you mean no accuracy? Is it not the hyper-fast type? Try middle clicking once and see if this makes a difference. Also, check the bottom of the mouse to see if there's a hyper-fast on/off switch.

      Yes, even DOA you need some 12 digit code and then return the stuff back to retailer. Logitech said this is the best way since the retailer should give you a replacement straight away.

    I made two purchases on March 14, (1) for 2 X Metro Fi 220 Earphones $39.95 ('PURCHASE 1') and (2) 1 X PureFi Anytime ipod docking station $75 ('PURCHASE 2'). I did these two in separate transactions, but they both have the same order number : 13189 .

    I paid for the above items via paypal, was issued receipts (by paypal for both). However, the order / invoice displayed on logitechshop.com.au shows only the PureFi Anytime Ipod docking station. (Order number: 13189).

    E-mailed your Sales Dpt about this problem. In response to my e-mail you have erroneously refunded me $75 (PURCHASE 2 amount) and did not address the PURCHASE 1 problem. (March 21)

    Sent an e-mail requesting clarification for the strange refund. Sales Department then checked with paypal, and seemed to understand what was going on. On e-mail dated 22 March, Sales requested me to make payment for the $75 mistakenly refunded to me. In the same e-mail I was told that you will send me the MetroFi earphones upon receipt of the $75. On that day, I have also noticed that you have amended my Order / Invoice on your website. You have added the earphones into my Order 13189 Invoice, but did not amend the order status, which was 'shipped'. Based on the e-mail response from your Sales team, I believe that (contrary to what is displayed on the Order/Invoice on your website, which is quite misleading) the Earphones were not sent to me yet. Sometime that week I received the Logitech PureFi Anytime.

    On March 25, March 30 and April 7 I sent e-mails requesting your paypal / bank details so I can make payment for the $75 that was wrongly refunded to me. I didn't get any response.

    To date, I still haven't received the Earphones. Would appreciate if you guys could do something about this.

    • On reading that, I gather that you have gotten the Pure-fi anytime for $39.95 which is already a win on your part. Your case is similar to POWERevolution's except not as complicated (missing order numbers).

      Seems all that needs to happen now is instructions from them to facilitate re-payment of the $75 in order for them to send the earphones out (which I believe will be upgraded to 220vi unless new stock of the 220 have arrived in the past week).

      I would copy/paste your whole post above, email them again with all previous correspondence as well as your order no. in the subject line and they should get back to you soon. If not, you still got yourself the pure-fi anytime for 40 bucks. It's in their best interest to get in touch with you.

        • BC has mentioned that there are more UE220 on the way (ETA 3 weeks based on his comments a while back). You can order them then if this doesn't get sorted.

  • Had a reasonable experience with Fastway- they left a 'sorry we missed you card'- called up the next day and they left the package next to my door as requested (though they left the gate open).

    Ordered 18/3/10- sent 29/3/10- received 9/4/10.
