  • I have this exact shed
    I rate it.
FYI bunnings will price match competitor + % off so if u find it delivered to you area it will be fine - they need to order it usually anyways

  • i'm looking for a shed about this size but it's got a pretty bad wrap on productreview (2.5/5 with 38 reviews)

(btw looks like there are other colours available on bunnings website.. also mitre 10 are selling it for about the same price)

  • Assembly seems to be the biggest complaint on product review.
I will try and be patient when putting up this shed.

    • I assembled all the side and roofing by myself
Needed 2 people to hold it steady when putting it up
Compared to other things i have assembled i would say this was not that difficult tbh. Maybe 2/10 just make sure u take your time.

SimplySheds have the same shed at dearer price.
    http://www.simplysheds.com.au/premier-3m-x-2.26m-x-2m-in-cla…
But they have a best price or free policy
    http://www.simplysheds.com.au/our-guarantee
If you can negotiate a best price and customise your shed you will have a better deal than bunnings.
They also have free shipping depots around Australia.

  • these are not good sheds, buy a shed with thicker colorbond sheeting, these are only .35 thickness which is not good considering it has no frame and relies on these walls for its rigidity

    • yeah I think I heard this on previous absco threads (perhaps from you).

Some people seem to have success.. but I'll wait for something more solid to come along.

    • Had a look at the installation videos on the absco website.

It looks like the first little pig built his house out of Bluescope steel.

      Can you recommend something better?

      • If you are in Vic, I recommend Eureka garages and sheds.

        • I had a look at their website, and sent them an email. I want a shed soon, but I don't have a slab yet - so I'm trying to find someone who'll do the whole thing - lay the slab, install the shed etc.

        • @webbiegareth: They have a list of trusted contractors that do concrete and can construct. I am planning to go through them too.

  • i don't know if people on ozb are just stupid or they ignore the facts because they are cheapskates

ahh.. I can tell you've read 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Carnegie :p

    • It is absco higher end range of sheds and does come with a 30 year written warranty provided it is installed correctly but if you tend to smash things easily you could get a stronger built shed out of brick as you seem to have enough money. Why is money bags trawling ozbargain for cheap deals?

  • What was the original price?
