Static Ice is showing the cheapest SSD of this capacity is the OCZ Trion at $359. Its benchmarks are similar to other budget SSDs.

that's cheap, haven't been able to find much tech details e.g. and type just that it uses Phison S10 Controller, not sure how that compares to marvell, but act is cheap SSD per GB.
