Where does it say?
When the email is received, the clickable link allows you to select the store of which only Melbourne stores available.
The fine print at the bottom has no mention of this

nah I think they learnt from their mistakes. They send you a link to a website with a unique code which lets you redeem in store.

What a weird system. You get to this page on your web browser that says "show this to the staff and then press this button to deactivate the code".
Then they have to manually make the pancakes free on the register.I'm still confused about the process.
So do you redeem in front of them, or you pre-register before you get to the store and then show them/print out a voucher?
Edit: it looks like you have to redeem in front of them using your smart phone. Probably the reason you need to redeem in front of them is that they have no way of knowing if the code is valid or not if it was printed out.

Ok, heres what happened with me.
Went in, got table, told her i had voucher, she told me to give it to the Cashier afterwards, ordered Short Stack, ate it, went to counter and they wrote down the code that is specific for each email/registration thing, and finished.
Offer valid until 16:59 10/04/16.
Has anyone redeemed this yet? Wondering if you can redeem more than 1 per table (e.g. 2 people)?

I was in the PP Melbourne Central restaurant last night and i noticed they've traded 340 vouchers in at that store alone.
They must be losing out big time on this deal.
Same, went there on Tuesday at Melb Central at it was at 240. I saw people just get the free pancakes, no payment.
You pay at the front, so less embarrassing than going through the process with the server. I ordered a coffee. :)

Ive claimed 2 at melb Central I was there for a movie and had time to kill , the other night they gave me a regular stack with 3 pancakes instead of a short stack(2 pancakes) was biwinning I still order a drink so they still make some money from me cant look like a stingy prick
Can anyone please confirm the expiry of these? Once you get to step 2 it says the following:
Redemption codes are valid for ONE use only by the coupon-holder. Codes can only be used for dine-in and not in conjunction with any other offer or discount. This offer is valid until 11:59pm on 29/04/16.
There are conflicting expiry dates
Went into Bourke St Mall today, showed them the voucher and they said it was valid.
