We have made significant investment into RnD to find out what is the most optimal slim wallet. After years of surveys and personal experience we have discovered that a guitar pick holder is the feature that will make the most tangible impact on your life.     This is a great quality slim wallet which stops me from hoarding receipts. Showing no wear or scuffs in almost 12 months. Tempted to get a second for Justin.

    Why use leather? The environmental impact doesn't give a good karma. Plastic faux leather coatings on synthetic materials doesn't need to use animal hide, and means less animals killed, which means only animals killed are for food, not leisure and pleasure.

    The costs, and karma, can be truly passed onto to consumers, see example A$3.80 for eBay item number 262295970881

      All faux leather wallets I have used have deteriorated at a greater rate them my current leather wallet. When you think about the manufacture processes and costs involved in buying and shipping multiple PU wallets I don't think you will come out ahead. Plus a wallet is the perfect item to make from leather as it uses a small area and therefore can take advantage of leather pieces other items (eg clothing) can't - so less waste.

        1) The fallacy here is current wallets always replace previous wallets (regardless of leather or faux leather).

        2) The other fallacy needing to be clarified is faux leather manufacturing is much more environmentally friendly, cheaper to be able to pass on costs to consumers, and kinder to animals.

        3) The next fallacy is the shipping is the same (regardless of leather or faux leather).

        4) Another fallacy is consideration must be paid to the construction of the wallet because glued wallets deteriorate easier from heat, friction, bending (regardless of leather or faux leather). Stitched items last years, so a more environmentally kind, animal friendly, cheaper material will be much better value.

        5) If off-cuts are going to be used, you have to collect every single scrap piece of leather; and sort them for what makes consistent standards of items since not all scrap leather has the same colour, thickness, or toughness. The transportation costs and time to sort them will make the price higher.

        So no, leather is not better.

      And what do you think should happen with the hides of the animals killed for food … let them rot?

        Use them, and the leather making process will be decreased because the number of animals are decreased. Negative impact on the environment is then decreased.

        But if only leather materials are used, how are you going to produce verification consistency, and sustainability of manufacture?

    I don't play the guitar so I don't have a pick

    Also no mo

    I use this spot to store my franger from 1998. Initially it didn't fit so I had to take it out of the packet and stuff it in

    Nearly had to use it once
