Great pump. If your new to this and looking for a pump, this is sooo much better than the cheaper ones sold in the chemist, or the manual ones.

  • Their flagship (the S2) is on back order for a month.

  • +1

Can begin too tell everyone how good the S2 has been since my girl was born!
It's a lifesaver, dont bother with the crap from chemistwarehouse IMHO

    • We were going with an s1. Can I ask why you went to the better model?

      • S2 had better reviews and it's a dual pump.
We also didnt need the rechargeable function as we doubted the longevity of the batterys and possibly loss of suction.
But in saying this, the overall performance of the s1&s2 matched in reviews, it came down to the dual pump for us.

        • Thanks ozy.

        • @kulprit: no worries mate, enjoy your baby! And congrats!

        • @ozy: Cheers. Meant an M1. Will keep an eye and see if they have ever been cheaper.

        • @kulprit:
          Hey,
From the spectra M1 page i found this.

          What are the negatives?

Doesn’t provide as much flexibility over the pump program as the S2 (but still more than other pumps).
Is noiser than the S2 and Dew models (but not as noisy as other pumps – we do try our best to keep the noise down!).
If you are exclusively pumping or needing to rely on a pump to establish supply, we do always recommend you use a hospital grade breast pump – i.e. the S2 or Dew 350.
