I believe the plus comes blank, while the ultra II has some software installed to let you copy your windows system across to the SSD.
According to Amazon, the ultra II is faster, see:

Should be okay, ordered the Ultra II a few days ago from Kogan eBay to replace my HDD in my MacBook Pro. Just gonna wipe the disk and install fresh OS X on it
I think different at read / writer speed .Also same model Plus but different Storage Capacity them different speed too
Will this sata III ssd work on a sata I (first sata) connection?
yes all sata connectors are compatible will just be limited in speed
SATA1 backwards compatibility can be problematic - what device are you planning on using it in?
