What is ITProTV?

Traditional methods of learning certainly have their place, but have been slow to keep up with client’s preferences as the clients become more familiar with video/mobile technology and the consumption of information. With the entertainment industry always wanting to outdo itself each year, the public has a much higher expectation in order to maintain their attention span. Now insert the live/archived video content of a technology curriculum, where previously, students can barely stay awake learning about everything from Ethernet cables to active directory. Our goal is to bring all the best entertaining features and humor that can be the result of a Live broadcast, with Entertaining personalities, wealth of knowledge and experience in specific technology areas, organized by exam and exam objective, making it easy to master topics rather than being on your own with just a book. Our experienced hosts provide explanations of each exam objective and tell stories of their experiences in the real world to make understanding and memorization much easier. Because some may have already made investments in their education or made the decision to self-study, our content is designed to supplement your learning, connecting the dots of concepts to help ensure success on the certification exams as well as our I.T. career.

Our Shows
The ITProTV show concept and vision is to begin with Live Entertaining 2-hour episodes that are designed to be consumed in 30 min learning nuggets (max attention span of most learners), each episode will be archived and organized by vendor certification exams and by the each exam objective. The shows are hosted by two certified talents in the specific area of technology that is the topic of each episode. Each of our host have been providing traditional instruction in these same areas of technology from 4 to 12 years, receiving many awards and recognition from vendors and client evaluations over the years. As a premium subscriber during each Live show, you can ask questions and communicate in the chat room that is specific to that show/topic. If you are already enrolled in a technology program at any school or if you are attempting to self-study with just a book, ITProTV is right for you, our shows will supplement that information ensuring success and you will learn and be entertained by each episode! How do you think we came up with our motto “Learn without even knowing I.T.”

  • It's an online training site like Lynda?
    Can you use offline?

Handy if you can't find what you're after on Udemy, Youtube, etc

    • It's a bit higher end than Lynda - more aimed at certification (eg Cisco or MS training). Aka aimed for IT Pros (who'd have guessed :-). Probably comparable with Pluralsight - but more tech than programming.

You can download on the annual subscription I believe.

This price is generally the best they give out - but it's a reasonably regular event (every ~6 months or so from memory). There are plenty of 33% off coupon codes (on IT podcasts and the like), but the 50% is rarer.
