Removing GIPHY from Forum/PC (virus? Malware?)

I have just gotten GIPHY displaying unwanted .GIF's on my pc. Seems to be only limited to Ozb but havent really checked anything else.

I have ran malware and Microsoft security essentials with nothing to remove.

I have also done a system restore to last night and im still getting them. They are not on every post and sometimes 1 gif, sometimes the whole page is full of them.

apart from doing another restore from 48 hours ago im fresh out of ideas. Searching google on how to remove, they (GIPHY) seem to flood most of the key words so there are heaps of pages that are unrelated. Any tips on how to remove?
