  • It's been like this since last week (I spotted an r700 on Friday for that price but decided against) still waiting for further drops on the big stuff.

    • They do the across the board price drops on Thursday, these have been in large numbers in every store I have gone into.

I did think about waiting today, but could be change no stock later… just depends how badly you need one.
My old belkin on is playing up at church presentations so not a good thing in front of a big crowd.

      • These things look really good. Lecturer uses this one

        • ive got an ebay one ($9), works great!

      • Maybe it's an atheistic anarchist?

honestly I do not understand why this pointer cost so much. it does not have an airmouse

    • Built in Timer?

Can you please recommend one with air mouse?

  • Good luck finding stock!

Besides the 4 at that store

As per my earlier posts, every DSE I have been into over the last week (about 5) has had bucket loads of them.

      • Yes we received shipments of this product last week.

        • Even 3 weeks ago in a few stores.

    • There are at least 7+ at my local store, I took a look at it and wake away.

Much cheaper laser pointers via ebay but the quality of the logitechs is very good. I bought a r400 from dicksmith bondi junction last week for $47 - did see a couple of r700s there but have to say the store was being serious swamped by bargain hunters so as Bearosaurus notes, good luck.

  • I cannot remember how much it was selling but i recall seeing quite a fair of this left in their Scarborough store. Hope this helps someone who is looking for one of these. This was as per last Thursday night.

Got one of these from DSE ages ago on special for $50. Best investment! Small and packed with features!

  • Wish I'm still an uni student :(

  • One still available at Nunawading around 4pm today.

  • None left at Miranda, checked yesterday (3rd Apr) at 5:30pm

If anyone manages to get an extra one, I would like to buy one from you for $45 (please PM me).

  • Are you sure it works with Mac? Specification on the logitech site don't mention mac

    • I've successfully used the R400 and the R800 with a mac. It looks like the R700 is similar to the R800 but with a red laser pointer instead of green.

  • Broadway still had at least 10 left.

  • Which dicksmith in Brisbane still have lots of stock? Garden city does not have much stock. Perhaps lots of tv which is only at 20% off.

  • Bought one last week for $55 as I had a presentation today. R700 is a bit overkill, but it has an inbuilt timer which you can set, and it vibrates when it's finished, as well as a little bar graph on the screen showing how much time has elapsed. Bought the last one at Chirnside Park VIC

    • When I set up my home office I purchased a separate router and modem. Same thing for this, I will get separate pointer and vibrator.

  • I bought one of these last week at officeworks via price beat. They beat MSYs $50 price making it $47.50.

    • nice! those who can find some now are very lucky

      • I'm guttered I had to pay $11 more to get it 3 days earlier LOL

  • The Dandenong store that I just visited has about 10 of them left as of this evening.

  • $33 at Dick Smith Rockhampton today.

  • Plenty at Chadstone

  • $22 at Kotara today. Still plenty of stock.

    • Dang, feels bad i spent twice the amount not too long ago xD
