    I got a notification that 3/3 of my games were shipped but only 2/3 arrived.

    I rang and got told that they have sent that portion of the order to another store to fulfill.

    Hopefully the third game games :O.

      Just got an email saying they are refunding the $20 for bloodborne, even though this morning someone told me that another store was going to fulfill it.

      Either way not too upset got farcry 4 and ff0 for 20 each.

      Would have been good to try bloodborne though.

    1 of my 3 games has shipped and arrives today, but heard literally nothing about my other two orders. Hopefully another store if fulfilling them because I was told I would receive them once stock was replenished.

    I just got an email saying witcher 3 is out of stock every know it was in stock when i ordered it and now they are refunding my money.. so i guess they arent honouring their price mistake.

      Yeah I got the same thing for my bloodborne copy, first communication I've had about it stated it was shipped now it's out of stock and being refunded :'(.

      It also said the Witcher 3 was in stock when I ordered and still said so when I checked straight after I finished paying. I received a refund.

    Poor effort

    Some games were still available until after midday the next day like blood borne and the rep said everything on the site was available after they removed witcher and some other games and now you get refunds for those games …

      Hey Qwerty - We had both PS4 , XB1 and PC versions of the different titles. Different stock levels for the different platforms.

    Added a pen to my order to make it $50. I've been sent the pen and heard nothing about the other games. So if I don't get them. I've paid $2+$6.95 postage for a pen :(

      Unless someone sneaked a MontBlanc pen in that order, it sucks.

    I also have received the email advising that Witcher 3 on PS4 is out of stock. I kept watch on the web site and it was still being offered on the web site 3 days after I purchased it. After all your previous comments saying how you would honor where normal quantities were purchased is obviously bull dang. Why did it take so long to work out you did not have stock. So much for a live inventory system that is 30 minutes in arrears. It has taken you nearly 3 business days prior to working out you haven't got stock. Poor Form Co-Op

    Got fk all other than a refund to my paypal account and not even a 'hi, we suck so we cancelled your order' email. Honoring the sale eh? Appears not, you could have at least told me you cancelled it and given me some lame excuse for the 1 game I bought.

    I only ordered one game that was in stock. Could have hooked me up instead of sending all the copies out to greedy fkrs ordering everything.

    I am still waiting for a reply on my order. I purchased a few games last Wednesday night - no follow up emails, just money taken out of my account. @The Coop can you check my order for me? It's approaching a week now and I still haven't received any response.

    Three of my order turned up this morning, and I got a refund for the Witcher 3. Now that just leaves 2 games in limbo waiting on a refund (probably) or delivery (can only hope it gets fulfilled from another store). Thanks to the Coop for following through on this (unintentional) mega deal, it's much appreciated.

    very disappointed, just received an email saying witcher out of stock and entire order (witcher and bloodborne) refunded. obviously I am not fated to purchase bloodborne at a decent price. If I'd been notified earlier that they couldn't honour it then it wouldn't have been so bad :(

    Ordered Witcher 3 (XBONE)about ten minutes after the initial post was made. Stock was available and I received a shipment notification the next day with tracking (it should arrive today).
    When I looked the next day at noon, I ordered Mortal Kombat X (XBONE)… I didn't receive any tracking email regarding that one, but it arrived yesterday, so thanks.

    I just received an email regarding my second order, but you should know that the game quoted as "out of stock" in this email was NOT A GAME THAT I ORDERED!

    So perhaps someone on your team got their wires crossed….

    I am still awaiting a proper reply regarding this order LOL

    Keep up the good work, I still think you guys are doing a great job sorting out this somewhat-mess. I'd just like MY ORDER to actually reflect the games I ordered!

    Hi Co-op. Some people here are a bit grumpy so I thought I'd balance it with some positivity. I've been a co-op member for 25 years - bought all my uni books, lots of software (Borland!), and even clothing - and it's a great store. Thanks for honoring the pricing mistake while stocks lasted. You didn't have to do that. Keep up the good work.

        OK I PMed you with the following

        "This is my order number, I still haven't got my 3 items yet that I ordered on last Wednesday, I tried contacting the support team but they stopped replying to me.

        they said if I want a refund I need to return to sender the items cos due to the 1 cancelled item I can't get the AMEX discount.

        How do I return the items to send and is there a form I need to fill out? what about postage?

        I don't want to be out of pocket so I don't want to pay for postage. When the order changed from 4 to 3 items you mentioned people will be contacted with a choice… however, my order was just sent to me without asking what I want to do.

        Please advice what I need to do to return your games and get a refund without being out of pocket"

          Seriously, get a grip. You give OZB a bad name. People like you are why other retailers just blanket refund for price mistakes.. #NightmareCustomer

          You are being sent Far Cry, MKX and Infamous for a total of $54 and because they have yet to arrive you are talking about a chargeback.

          Most people would have been delighted with that result. You paid $18 per game and now you want a free return.

          To answer your question "Please advice what I need to do to return your games and get a refund without being out of pocket" I suggest that you either walk all the way to hand deliver them back or you sell them on Gumtree for $19 and make yourself a tidy profit.

          Alternatively, you could enjoy them all and then sell them on Gumtree later and lose $0.

          If you don't jump the gun you might find you got the amex discount anyway? my $15 was processed and i got a refund but have yet to see amex reverse their credit offer. I am hoping they don't - if so I essentially paid 24 bucks ffor infamous first light and dragon age inquisition.

          Perhaps you shouldn't jump the gun and assess how things turn out and save co op the postage and you the send back - unless you really don't need those games, but for that amount of money i would assume it isn't a problem?

          That said I'm glad i didn't bite the bullet and grab little big planet 3 for playing with the gf, only $25 or so but target's sale today i picked it straight up for $15.. #littlewins haha.
