I haven't had time to watch the whole thing but Jo (girl with glasses), the Australian waitress was invited (and goes) to work at Fat Duck back in England. Lots of the episode was dedicated to her story.
Got to say, I just wanted to enter the comp but ended up watching all of the episodes. Very good series and just amazing to see the attention to detail by Heston and his staff.
