    Unfortunately, jetstar pricematch for mel to cairns ret doesnt seem possible - the flights are timed apart outside of the +/- 1 hour window that is required for pricematch… Can anyone confirm/tell me if I'm wrong? Dates I'm looking for are 2oth oct to 24 oct.

      You might want to keep that TigerAir flight though (times have changed since Virgin bought them). Save a few dollars but have a better chance of your flight arriving on time or not getting cancelled https://bitre.gov.au/statistics/aviation/otp_annual.aspx

      You will love it over here. Much more laid back than the east coast ;) Hell, we can't even get our family or friends to come visit us so you're doing really well by coming here lol. Enjoy your stay :)
      Oh… and long weekend, TRY and fit in Esperance (Lucky Bay & Thistle Cove especially), Albany, Margaret River & The chocolate factory, Prevelly Beach, Augusta, Hamelin bay, Meelup Beach, Busselton just to name a few :)

        I'm thinking of going to Rottnest Island for one night and then Fremantle gaol general sightseeing just Perth this time. I have to wait till I get more time for the rest. I remember my mum going to Perth about 30 years ago she loved it - but back then it cost $1000 return to fly there so $200 for both of us is ridiculous.
