Not many reviews online but here's one, seems alright. Warranty and info about this brand is a bit questionable however, if you want a cheap SSD though doesn't seem bad. Whirlpool says their shipping speed varies from 1 week upwards.

Details
The Performance Series SSD has a great combination of fast data read/write and reliability, along with low power operation - to make this the ideal hard disk drive replacement.

Choose the P Series 4 SSD to boost the performance of your existing hardware and extend its useful life. It will speed up your daily OS boot times and increase the speed of your applications, overall giving you the best experience of Solid State performance computing.

I don't even need it but so hard to resist at this price. I'd probably just end up caching a HDD with this since I've got too many SSDs already.

  • yeah so cheap…

    is this using "MLC NAND"???
    edit yes looks like it
    https://www.officestationery.co.uk/computing/computer-media/…

    • Although read/write speeds on that site are different? Read Speed: 530MB/s. Write Speed: 430MB/s.

I also don't trust any drive that won't publish the IOPS (which is probably the most useful specs for an SSD).

      • ups.. didnt read all.. sorry but product name matches.. hmmm

      • 60,000 IOPS according to one German site.

I grabbed one last sale and put it in a raid 0 array with my Vertex 3. Although on Sata2 it's very fast.

  • Very tempting for media pcs and caching of file servers

  • Thanks OP, will use to replace hdd on my old laptop
