Needed a new SS pan and decided to try Scanpan. CSX range is their fully cladded type, similar to Clad5, but from reading on the forums seems to be a better version.
20cm and 24cm - $29.99
26cm - $64.99
28cm - $69.99

Keep looking at the mixer - second time it went on sale, but still not convinced to buy it. Don't want to spend a fortune on KA or Kenwood, but don't want to buy something that will break either

    Wow, that Bodum mixer looks like a toy… what's going on at the top? Is that decoration, moving parts or storage?

    Went to SS frypans after getting fed up with so called non stick pans being anything but after a few months of use. I got my stainless frypans from Aldi… a Crofton 30" and a 24" frypans and so far they have been perfect.
    18/10 SS with thick bases with solid glass lids included and much cheaper than regular utensil retailers.
    They seem to come on sale at Aldi a few times a year.

      Tried a Pyrolux Pyrostone for our last pan purchase. Only had it about 7 months, but still going good. Anything we cook in it just wipes right off at the end, easier than any Teflon pan we've had.
