    Yes, I used a disposable email this time (Yopmail )and didn't get the codes.
    Got the welcome email originally though.

  Microsoft emails (outlook.com, live.com, hotmail.com) worked but disposable (Mailinator) ones didn't.

  I dont understand how this is supposed to work. Tried my code.

  But even choosing an existing pizza mogule… one that had just cheese and pepperoni - still wants to charge me 2.00$ for 'extra topping'

  Tried creating my own… with just 4 toppings (cheese and 3 others) and it wants to charge me 8.00$ for extra topping…

  Am I missing something really obvious?
