          yes, but that is completely irrelevant to the comment.

          (hint: Scrooge was implying a $400,000 house is a bad home. i would suggest that this is based on an error in logic that a $400,000 building = a $400,000 house price - that is, ignoring land value. the point is that land contributes a significant proportion of the value of a home, so a $400,000 building would in fact represent a much more valuable home - one that is by no means a bad home. this is true regardless of whether one is referring to $400,000 building value or $400,000 build cost. even in the latter, a $400,000 build cost can still be a great home.)

    If Samsung's washing machines are anything like their dishwashers, $150 is too expensive. We had a Samsung Dishwasher with fundamental design problems. In short, Samsung appliances are cheap rubbish. We had Samsung service the machine three times and each time the problem repeated. It was just designed very poorly. Buyer beware.
