    Will this work with the Google Nexus 7?

    According to this article the Google Nexus 7 supports Qi standard wireless charging.

      What it doesn't say is its only Nexus 7 2013. The original 2012 model doesn't have Qi support.

    Had one of these style wireless chargers, close to useless. Would have to fiddle for ages to get it to lineup, 2 different phones.

    Picked up a couple of round ones from one of the online stores that does all the usual electronic knickknacks (geekbuying maybe) and it was much better.

      I bought a few of them, and they were all pretty much useless too. They just wouldn't sustain a reliable charging connection (until I ripped of the casing so the phone could get closer to the coil)

      I had the one from Kogan, I need to line up my LG Nexus 4 higher to get higher current for my charging (I used an app to monitor the incoming current and found the 'sweet spot' when charging it :)

    5W Qi, not the 10W Fast Qi that is supported on newer Samsung phones.
