Tonight we have an Android 5.1 phone with good specs at a low price. It's the same phone as the Infocus M560 except for 32GB of internal storage instead of 16GB. This can be expanded with a micro SD card up to 128GB!

The M808 is dual SIM and supports the widespread 4G LTE 700MHz (b28) frequency for Telstra and Optus - very few handsets from overseas have this band. All other 4G and 3G bands are supported in Australia. See here for more information.

Seems nice but the rose gold is what I am concerned.

  • Interesting phone… looks pretty good on paper but wonder what it is really like

    • The reviews online for the M560/M808 are good considering the price. It's no S7 Edge so don't expect everything to be perfect.

      • Wouldn't be expecting a S7 Edge at all. Hell, even the S7 Edge probably isn't perfect.

        • Bad example. Let's go for something cheaper like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro ;)

USD$112.23 at everbuying using their mobilesite and claiming EB points. plus there is the 4.8% cash rewards as well.

however shipping is standard (4-6 weeks)

I knew you would come up with a way.

Their profit margin is going to be very thin or nothing at all. Once you factor in the included shipping cost, Shareasale commission to OzBargain or Cashrewards ontop of the existing discount - it leaves very little profit to pay staff and all that other stuff.

  • WTH is that avatar clear? Looks like an evil hag stalking me through a window.

  • Honestly Ive seen better bargains, Battery too small and only 2 gig ram makes it a normal price.

    • +1

Many 3GB RAM phones close to this price lack the 3G and 4G coverage this phone has.

  • is there an android 6 firmware available or its a dead end model in regards to updates ?

    • Only reputable brands update their launchers.

inFocus is a brand I haven't heard of till today, and it sounds like a manufacturer of cheap cameras.

      Still, 5.1 isn't so bad.

      • InFocus are an established American company. InFocus is essentially Foxconn's own brand of phones.

No word on 6.0, but other InFocus phones received it recently.

  • Pretty decent spec for the price & would be tempted but the battery is the killing point for me.

  • Bought it

  • just tried to check out using paypal, it's $162 AUD now, ex rate isn't good

    • Don't use paypal's exchange rate, use a 28degrees or bankwest zero card.

this vs the lenovo k3 for 131 aud few days ago, i think lenovo wins

    • The Lenovo can run Cyanogenmod 12.1, so it definitely wins on the software side of things. After playing with many china phones, I'm pretty skeptical of stock firmwares. They tend to be fairly terrible or loaded with bloat which can be a pain.

  • Gold color is tacky enough; rose gold?…

    • its pink, else I would of jumped on it. specs and price is amazing

Always the option of using a case. More colours should be available later.

        • will definately keep a look out.

        • If they offer one in black/grey/white and give the system ram a bump to 3GB, I assure you this phone sells for USD150

        • @ponyo: I'll keep a look out. It already comes in Silver and future phones will definitely have 3GB. Having the right bands is the hard part.
