3 Sets Elixir Strings $17.99 US (~ $24 AU) @ Strings & Beyond - Free Shipping

130

For guitar players.. you guys know how good these strings are (and how overly priced they are normally). But thankfully with this deal, you can pretty much get it for about $8 AUD per set, which is less than half price of what it normally sells for in eBay Au. Combined with its limited time free shipping for all strings & picks (they don't say when it expires) makes it a pretty good deal!

Its also free shipping for other strings and picks. So stock up! Most of their prices are cheap even with the conversion rate.

Only available for electric strings (Nanoweb) 10-46 and 9-42 gauge until they run out I suppose.

Further T&Cs:
* Select "USPS First Class Mail International…" shipping option at checkout
** International Free Shipping is Valid on Strings and Picks Only**

  • Free Shipping may not be combined with other coupons
  • Select products and multi-packs are excluded and will generate a shipping charge at checkout

  • free shipping to Australia?

  • Great price. I have so many guitars so these strings tend to last a lot longer while my guitars are just sitting around. Don't be tempted to use any coupons, the remove the free shipping on this order.

    • Yep, at this price its a lot more worth it than buying sets of Ernie Ball or D'Addario. Unless you gig heavily I suppose..

  • Great price, but ugh, can't do such light strings!

The heavier sets are US$8.95 with no "Buy 2 get 1 free deal" but that's still a pretty good price with free delivery.

EDIT: also just noticed this disclaimer on the bottom of their generic Elixir page…

"Elixir Strings are only available for shipment to addresses in the United States, Canada, U.S. Territories & Possessions, and APO FPO destinations. Email Elixir to find out more about this policy."

    • Hmm ive ordered mine. Will see…

      • Cool, I'd say it might just be a nod to Elixir's fixed territory distribution, hopefully you get them!

    • +1

I got an email this morning (Weds May 4) that my order has shipped so hopefully everyone gets their strings.

      • Same here

        • Yep, just got my confirmation too!

  • Too thin for me as well. But ordered a 10 pack of my usual D'addario's. Works out at around AUS$4.50 a set!!!
Plus a couple of sets of acoustics.

Needed a new box of strings, cheapest I've seen. thanks OP!

  • Yeah I've been getting the Elixer set with the mix of light and heavy gauge strings. Good for solos but also plenty of low end crunch.
