    Your T&C's are unclear, particularly regarding faulty goods.

    All I can see is: "We only replace items if they are defective or damaged"

    Can you clarify you returns process? At present it states that all returns are at the expense of the buyer.

    Regarding general purchases you have stated; "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.".
    Is this 30 days from purchase or receipt? Some people may wait a while to receive their goods. And what happens if they are not received?

    The next section is not even completed and makes you sound like you don't want to be hassled..
    "If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at . "

    You then state..
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    (This is contradiction to your earlier comment regarding 30 days).

    I could go on but this page is not very professional and does not match the effort that you have put into your website design.

      Can't see much compliance with the ACL in them either! Going to be a steep learning curve for them the first time they breach the law!
