Is the normal price a secret? Eight years of getting "qualified" did not inform the Store Rep price is relevant on OzBargain?

I've always been a lurker on here so far but i've had a bad experience with losing valuable files because of the fine print so i created an account. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything sensitive as they clearly state that your data isn't private (users understand that files uploaded on Sharific.co are not private). Wouldn't store business documents on here either as that could get your site shut down (Sharific.co is intended for personal use, and any business use is strictly prohibited). They store your IP address (Any violations will result in immediate deletion of all files Sharific.co has on record for your IP Address). They can also ban you or delete your data at any time (- We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.). Be careful with what you keep on here since your data isn't "private" and they're fairly new, who knows what they could be using it for.

you can mark all files to be private.
Would marking all files to be private be quite the same as ensuring all files really are private? I note you do not deny "users understand that files uploaded on Sharific.co are not private".
it's solely up to users's decision whether they want to use it or not. isn't it?
@sharific: You're being misleading by claiming the service is safe and secure, when in fact a legal clause allows my data to be accessed by you or anyone for the matter

Early stage, dedicated bandwidth to Australia is too expensive.
