  Can you put the PayPal conversion rate, not the AUD price from the store?
  You have to pay via PayPal, so this purchase was ~$14AUD.

    I've fixed the title up to show the ~$13.65 AUD price as per MasterCard exchange rates. I think the title was just miscalculated initially or using older exchange rates.

    It works out better to pay via PayPal in USD and let your credit card do the exchange, in this case US $9.99 comes to US $13.65 via MasterCard exchange rates. If you pay via PayPal in AUD then Paypal will do the exchange and you'll be charged $14.12. Just use a card that doesn't charge foreign exchange fee such as 28 degrees etc.
