    would have considered if it has QC2.0 haha

    • Someone really needs to do that. They start at 10000mAh.

      • Kind of heard that the issues with that is the losses that you get from changing voltage. I'd want to see one at a reasonable sized one too.

        • +1

          Makes sense. The power bank's real capacity would be much lower and the conversion rate would be lower from constant recharges/discharges.

      EB are very anti-competitive with their predatory pricing.

          Are you just going to post that crap on every deal?

        • +2

          @Clear: you're sh!tting me right? I'm posting a link for a cheaper price on a bargain seeking website and you call it crap.

          do you notice that until this point I hadn't negged your deal when there is a cheaper price for an identical item?

        • -1

          @altomic: It's frustrating trying to push prices to the bare minimum only to be undermined each time.

        • +5

          @Clear:
          Don't take it personally.

          This is a bargain website after all.

        • @trev likes bargains: Yep I forgot that for a second.

        • +1

          @Clear:

          I think just simple google the product that you going to post as a deal(you think) can easily avoid this situation.

          I am just suggesting, it is up to you.

        • -2

          @Clear:

          Seems like so

        • @LoveBargain15: In deals of my choice I'll do research first. A lot of things can't be posted as the profit usually goes down to cents or end up being a complete loss.

          This is particularly hard when there are exploits out there that can get a much lower price.

        • +1

          @Clear:

          That will be rely on you to push down the price which the other can.

        • @LoveBargain15: I guess the difference is that GB are not willing to run at or near a loss.

          Back to the drawing board…

    • In fairness, your 'hack' requires a new account each and every time. Without the new account bonus, this deal would be cheaper.

      • +1

        that's true. ok, how about I start every comment "for new account holders……" and then the regular blurb?, and leave it at that? Ozbargainers can do what they will with the information provided to them.

        • +1

          Well it's like any new credit for new users thing, it has a limited life. If you've noticed, MM etc haven't incorporated your hack into their deal posts, likely because it means they do run at a loss, and I'm sure if there was mass-use of it, with multiple emails, they'd crack down on it harder to prevent them actually losing money.

      invalid negative vote

      I'm afraid the negative vote is incorrect and must be removed by the moderators

      See,

      The link you have listed above only lists the white colour of the powerbank, Clear's deal refers to 3 colours, white, blue and pink. Please show me a link if there is other colours. But as long as EverBuying don't have stock of any colours, I am afraid your negative vote must be revoked or otherwise removed by the moderators

    • Ah the old days

  • how long does shipping normally take from these guys (to a metro area)?

    edit: basically going overseas in a week and would like to take one, but if it takes longer then I might just get a physical one from a store

    • +2

      Free shipping can take up to 30 business days. Average is 3 weeks.

      • That's what I initially thought as well but my order from the 15th of March has yet to come…

        I even emailed customer support and all they said was to check with my local post office to see if my package was there. Needless to say, I had no luck.

        • +2

          PM me your order number. I'll see if we can find out what's going on.

        • @Clear: Alright, thank you. Will PM you in a few seconds.

      I would really recommend you buying Xioami 1000mah from any local store if you need it quickly with local warranty, real battery capacity is almost 7000mah which can easily charge iPhone 6s plus for 2 and 1/4 times. Mushtato is a very good option with quick shipping from Sydney i believe, shopping square is not bad but their handling sometimes can be slow.

  • -7

    Massive size for such a small 5000mah charge, can't even charge my phone twice. no Deal.

    • +1

      Not a valid reason to neg.

      • -2

        the min i buy is now a 20000mAh capacity.
        5000mAh …It's not really a bargin if it can't charge your phone twice :(

        • +2

          No Vote

          If the deal doesn't apply to you, you don't like the company or you want to leave a warning for people about the business or deal, you can leave a comment and then not vote.

          This deal clearly doesn't apply to you.

        • +3

          Sure a 20000mAh capacity portable charger is nice as it can charger your phone a lot of times but is that really portable/slim enough to easily carry around? Not everyone needs a large, bulky 20000mAh charger if they're only going to recharge their phone once a day (or even less) just to get them through the day.

          Different people have different needs and obviously this product isn't for you.

  • Think twice before getting anything from Geekbuying.
    Bought the QC2.0 5 ports charger at Jan. Now the QC2.0 is not working and they offer $8 refund!

    • PM me your order number and I'll get it sorted.

      • +2

        He shouldn't have to. Should have already been "sorted".

        • I agree.
