as in they've increased the prices? or you mean $18 for a bottle of black label is good value?
I've paid $19 for Black label before, but it's usually $25 now. Pepperjack is often around $16.

There was a time when I thought wine in a two litre cask was a treat.

I'm not sure it's a good deal. If only Wolf Blass put as much effort & money into making good wine as they did into advertising….
Wynns is a nice drop so is the Pepperjacks.
But I still reckon for something drinkable now, which is probably better then the above, you can't go past the Dan members offer of 2-4-1 Riddocks CabSav at $16 ($8/bottle). it's certainly worth ~$16/bottle so it's a steal at that price.
