  I bought a SIM off them. Was promised it would be delivered in 3 days. It took more than a week. Customer service was all over the place. Each time I called, they said it was being processed. On the fourth or fifth call, they said it wasn't processed yet and they'll do it right away. It was already too late though. I was getting it as a travel SIM for some family. They left shortly after it arrived.

  Now I just use the SIM for data.
