    they took the photo when the computer hadn't been used for a while I suspect.

    I think if you move the mouse or press something on the keyboard it will look normal again.

        I don't think these would react with wood or plastic. And most desk's have a relatively chemically stable coating which wouldn't react with anything easily.

        I doubt the mouse would be made from anything chemically corrosive otherwise it would damage your hand.

        Not entirely true, these mouses are obviously made from LSD which is absorbable through your skin.

  Good quality mouse, bought one last week from Target for $7 as part of the 30% off sale. Not sure if the Target sale is still on but the stickered price was $10.50.
