Garmin 25% Off Sale *Selected* - Vivo Discounts and Others (Vivofit 3 - $119, Vivosmart HR - $172) @ Garmin Australia

620

Hi Guys,

Been a long time lurker, but never really posting any great deals.

Not sure when this sale ends, but its on now!

Have been interested in getting a good wearable for awhile now and the Mi Band S1 isnt that great even if its cheap, i feel you really need a good eco software environment to go with your fitness tracker.

I couldn't find anything on the Garmin website about a sale, but when i added the Vivosmart Hr to cart it suddenly got a discount and i did some digging.

Please see some of the cool discounts I've found.

Note: You can only add normally 1 type to cart to see the discount, if you add more to the cart your discount may disappear.
Note2: Please be aware of shipping times, some are a few weeks depending on stock.

I was able to checkout and pay successfully for my Vivosmart HR for $171.75 :)

UPDATE: As mentioned in comments, there are a lot of products on the site which get a 25% discount at checkout, this is said to apply to the lowest priced item in cart. So feel free to post anymore products you think are worth it!

    That's a really good find :-)

    Thanks for sharing.

So tempted to pick up the Vivosmart HR+. It's not even released in Australia yet. Effectively, you've found it at 25% off as a pre-order.

Forerunner (235 $351.75, 630 $359.25), Fenix (for example fēnix® 3 Sapphire HR Silver $711.75), epix ($599.25) are also on sale. So are others
    Great prices!

Vivofit3 has a members price of $104.95 at Rebel (B&M, Kotara). I think it carries over everywhere else Rebel is too.
Sign up to membership takes barely five minutes and an email or phone confirmation.

Mind you, the Garmin Swim (watch for swimming) comes up at $141.75 at your link site … which is a great price.
I haggled one down to $149 about three weeks ago at another retailer and was feeling quite pleased.
For those people whose predominant exercise is swimming, I can thoroughly recommend the Garmin Swim. Great data reports and does all the things you need to monitor movement in the water, calories burnt, SWOLF, etc.

Hi IainLMTA. Was the Rebel Sports deal in-store only? I have signed up and there is only an option for some sort of bundle for $158, with both a black and white band.

Any tips would be gratefully appreciated.

      • Yes, in store.
Joined REBEL MEMBER online at 3:30pm and shopped at 4pm.

    • Rebelsport has cashrewards if online

    • thanks for the recommendation for garmin swim. have started swimming recently and been looking for a decent tracker.

    • +1

must be store only, vivofit3 $158 online at rebel

      • But they do price match less another 10%.

So you can expect the Vivofit3 for $131.85 or thereabouts.

    • Which retailer did you buy the Garmin swim? I missed out on the sale:(

      • +1

        Cycle-Logical.

  • Love my vivoactive and in some ways is still nicer than the vivoactive HR in terms of form factor. I also love my Garmin swim, which I have regretfully stopped using as I now use the swim function in the vivoactive. The Garmin swim has more accurate measurements and automatic stroke recognition which the vivoactive lacks.

Looks like it's 25% off site wide. Car GPS, cycling computers, watches, all showing with a discount.

  • what's the difference between the vivofit 2 and vivofit 3? I've got vivofit 1 at the moment, and I'm sort of tempted.

If you go through rebel sport, who has the vivofit2 at $86.95 + $7.95 delivery = $94.90, but theoretically, you could save another 10% with entertainment book/rebel sport gift cards.

    • Vivofit3 has 5h1ploads more features.

  • +1

seems no discount applied to new vivoactive hr.

    • +2

LoL, yeah, i was hoping there was a discount, unfortunately there wasnt :(

      • I just checked out with $299.25. There is discount on vivoactive hr.

        • hmm, works for x-large, not for regular.

  • +1

The 25% discount only applies to one item and is taken off the cheapest item. So if you want to buy multiple items do it separately.

The Garmin Forerunner 910 isn't even worth it with the discount, Pushys sell it for $299 http://www.pushys.com.au/garmin-forerunner-910xt.html?utm_so… (and Amart allsports have sold it for $250 in the past)

  • +1

If you're into really high priced tech something like the Fenix 3 might be worth getting as you'd probably not often see it at such a huge discount. The Fenix 3 Sapphire is $674.25 instead of $899.

If you're looking at the Vivoactive (I have this, its awesome), it is cheaper through Rebelsport at the moment and if you buy online there are also Cashrewards.

Definitely make sure you do your homework on prices beforehand.

    • Dad's got the vivofit 2. Best tracker ever. Is vivofit 3 worth the upgrade?

      • +2

The only real difference is in the look of the device and the display. the display will show you the time and steps on the same screen, rather than scrolling. Not a big difference. You can also buy different bands for the vivofit 3. I wouldn't think its worth upgrading just for these features.

  • I have problem with checking out. Can't get into the page for credit card infor entry. Anyone else?

    • Seems website down

  • The Garmin Fenix 3 comes down to $750 for the performer bundle which is the cheapest price I can find.

    • Got the Fenix 3 HR with new HRM strap for $680 at Cotswold Outdoor in UK…no Oz warranty though

      • How did you manage to get it for that price. Looking on their website it comes up as $850. There was a bargain when it was advertised as $774 when it was offered as pre-order.

        • get cash rewards and there are several 15% off vouchers floating around if you search online

  • Discount is also on golf, approach s6 down to $411, unfortunately the new s20 not available online.

  • This applies to non-vivofit products as well.
I just added the $200 Atlas wifi scales and they appear as $150!

    • +1

Holy crap, Garmin Vector pedals for $711!

      • 1200 for the l/r is damn good

  • +2

Fenix 3 HR Performance bundle for $749.25 is a very good price (RRP of $999) - have got this watch and have been very impressed with it

    • Just bought one from Cotswold Outdoor in UK for $680 including the new HRM. Still I would have paid the extra for Oz warranty!!!

      • $680 is a good deal mate, how did you get it? Its showing $850 now for the Performer Bundle.

        • get cash rewards for this and there are several 15% off vouchers floating around if you search online

  • Looks like they have stopped it now.

    • Still works for me.

  • This appears to be working for most items!
Getting the Garmin DriveAssist™ 50LMT, $449 -> $336 , quite a bit cheaper than whatever on Ebay or Amazon.
It shows the discount in the cart page.

  • Any one registered any device in past month? If so, can you share 10% discount code in a PM? :P

  • will this only work on the first item? will the second purchase have the 25% discount?

  • doesnt seem to work with Edge Bike Computers.

  • Expired ?

    • No. Just ordered Nuvi 65LMT

  • Things seem to have changed in the past 1/2 hour or so. Was 25% off then I couldn't add anything (while I was looking around) then I try again and the amount seems to have been changed to 20% (at least on Vivoactive 3 which is now coming up at $127.20 - 20% off). Weird.

*edit - nope it appears to be everything. And my Bupa discount which was working additionally with selected items is no longer working either, which tells me the general discounts are gone or that they've snooped a loophole. Bugger!

    • What kind of discount does BUPA membership get you?

      • 20% off the store on selected devices (vivofit, 235, etc.)

Would have been 45% off if I'd done it quick enough! $281 forerunner 235? I'd buy 10!

  • Seems the party is over.

  • Looks like it is over people, gonna set this to expired now, sorry to those who missed out.

Please feel free to comment if it somehow comes back :)

  • +1

A shame that the forerunner 225 was a pretty poor price. Oh well, I kept my money.
