    Bought $100 Big W eGift Card this morning at 9am, still waiting.

    It does say it can take up to 24 hours so hopefully I'll have it by tomorrow

    Are all the BigW tricks fixed and therefore the only way to spend the BigW egift, is actually buying from BigW?

      You should (in theory anyway) use the self check-out to be able to buy any gift card that doesn't require staff interaction (e.g. the fixed value MYER cards)

    Hi Huston, we've got a problem….

    I've got a problem here dealing with the egift card thing,

    On 16/06/2016 at 13:00, I've paid by credit card for 2 x $500 value big w egift card, and the weird thing is, I have received my confirmation email, but then, I did NOT receive any other thing with the egift card for the next 24 hours, and until now 36 hours!!! ???

    I've checked everything in my junk/spam inbox, nothing there, and also I pretty sure I did not choose the option of "delay delivery of the gift card" !!!

    This is the second time I purchased, and the first time I purchased was just 2 days ago, and it was fine, I've received the PDF file of the redeem code and everything and I've used it, it's fine, but this time……….. I just did not receive any further email including the PDF file of the redeem code!

    Can I please ask if someone know their customer support phone number instead of email them and have to wait for 5-8 business days for them to reply!??!?!?

    I am late to the party but have a use for 8% discount BUT I also have a PayPal account I am trying to deplete. I can purchase directly from Big W with PayPal but it seems I can't buy these cards using PayPal. Can anybody confirm the lack of PayPal? I have contacted Cashrewards, using the feed back, but I fear their estimate of 3 weeks to resolve my question may negate my purchasing, despite the extension to the 27th of June.

    I bought Big W egift card yesterday (1pm) using credit card. I received the order confirmation email but no egift card. This morning when I checked the order status its still showing “payment pending”. How long it usually takes? Is it delayed because of weekeknd? Any idea guys? I was hoping to get it today for weekend shopping.

      I don't think they process large orders (ie over $100) on weekends. I had the same problem a while back and ended up cancelling the order by sending them an email. If you need them this weekend you could try splitting the order into smaller amounts. Should get them within a few hours then.

        Thanks JIMBO, yes thats possible because I ordered one card worth $400. Now would you suggest cancelling the previous order via email and re-order multiple cards for 100 each? I cant find any direct ph no to call so email is the only option. I just want to avoid duplicate orders.

          I used their contact page for the order. Got a reply on the Monday saying the order was cancelled. The money was back on the credit card after a week.
