    Confirmed at Burwood and west ryde nsw. Tried some but they taste pretty bad unfortunately.

    Saw them at a couple of Coles in VIC too. Have that dry cardboard flavor but not bad for 25c.

    They had them at Coles in woden ACT for cheap. Bought a heap of them even though iirc the carbs were a bit high.

    The best before was 31 May, but they'll easily keep for a few months with no change to quality I reckon. Good deal.

      There is a simple guide to find out if it will give you the poops.

      If it has Malitol, its highly likely it will, especially if you eat more the one.

      The product OP posted has Malitol.

      So many people will have digestive issues,

        Thank for the info man! Also what do you think of cheap protein supplements such as the essential health protein powder you can buy at Aldi? Not sure if it's effective. I'm actually trying it at the moment. Whey protein tastes better but can't tell which is more effective for muscle gain.

          I buy from http://www.bulknutrients.com.au as many people regard them as quality or directly from Quest Nutrition (so its fresh)

          I can't remember what Aldi has but I would guess its average in terms of quality.
