Last time I bought a steam mop from these guys it didn't work at all - it even had water inside it from opening… plus there was absolutely no after-sales support - no phone numbers at all, and they just ignore online enquiries.

Definitely stay clear!

In my experience of using these, they do not heat up enough nor build up enough steam. Plus you have to go pretty slowly to clean things like grout lines with any effectiveness. Unless you have a pretty small tile area to do, then give this a miss.
