    I'm went through and added to cart about 8 of the mens stuff (they said available for home delivery or CnC pick up) but when I go to the cart it says unavailable for all of them.

        Mine said we don't deliver to that postcode. Please try a different one. Do I have to buy a new house to get them to deliver to me?!

    Nice deal but … shopping online at BigW is all but a waste of time.
    Filter by online only, select your size … and 9 out of 10 items are available 'Instore only' so you can't even buy them.
    Then if you do find something in your size, it's not applicable for the free store pickup, so add $10 for delivery.
    Even if you can find it for free store pickup the minimum for that is so high it's pointless.

    Just wasted 30 minutes of my time adding clothes to my cart and when i went to check-out most became unavailable. It is frustrating when an online store does not reserve an item in your cart for a short time so you can complete your order.

        In fact it is not about reserving, if you go again you would see the web site still showing the item as available for deliver. very frustrating

    A whole bunch of payment systems are down, due to flooding in Sydney, apparently, so, the site might be affected that too. Melbourne payment systems also affected.

    Just tried to purchase a few random items and nothing is available for pickup or delivery anywhere - tried several postcodes throughout the city.
