Ask Amex. In previous transfers with Citibank, it took like 2 days.

Bonus points on velocity estore include only style thread, dell/intel, microsoft, lenovo and hp. Not bad i guess but i reckon the discounts using other offers (e.g. kogan 20% off) may be better than the extra points in term of value. Thanks anyway OP.
