      Yep for sure.

I booked MEL-HKG return because of this deal last week https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/250579 for $589 with flight centre's price beat guarantee http://www.flightcentre.com.au/lowest-airfare-guarantee really seamlessly - If you'd rather purchase a particular flight from a Bricks and Mortar location, this is your best bet.

    • yeah i booked a mel-lax with airnz last year

i'd book a hell of a lot more if i had the money and the annual leave ;D

edit: my wife went to tokyo late last year and is going again in october this year, both ozbargain'd jetstar deals

    • Yeap, I've booked flights to LA, Saigon, KL, Queenstown, Chiang Mai, Tokyo all through flight deals on here :)

  • Pretty good deal
    Airline in title though?

    • Its China southern, not recommended at full price.

      • I know it's China Southern but it's only in the description, not title.

        • good pick up!!

      • It's China Southern , not recommended at ANY price. I'll keep looking, maybe another airline will match it.

  • The minimum that comes up is 866.76 from MEB to DEL tried like 10 different dates link to the price mentioned would be awesome.

  • I would rather travel with Singapore airlines if I would have to pay 833 for this one

  • Do you have to be like under 26 etc for this deal? And i guess all STA deals.

Has the VISA procedure changed recently ? VISA on arrival ?

    • I dont think so, i cant find on website.

    • Yes.. It has been changed since a while now. If you are staying for less than 30 days, you can get visa on arrival.

You think you have seen it all until you fly with a Chinese Airline….

My last experience was Passenger opposite in aisle cutting toenails going all over floor…then proceeded to cut her husbands.

Nail Clippers are not allowed on the plane. Were you travelling on bus?

Anyways interesting story to read. As I was reading ur exprience there was a picture in my mind. Then realised that nail clippers are not allowed.

      • Actually, nail clippers are usually allowed on planes.

For example, see TSA (US) who explicitly permit them: http://www.seatguru.com/articles/tsa_prohibited_items.php

As odysseus says, nail clippers are usually allowed on planes.

I have carried nail clippers on probably my last 7 flights.

It seems it was you sitting next to GearUp.. Did you say him Hi? :)

          @amsaini15:

No of course not. Why would I say to him when I'm busily cutting my nails? It's not like he was giving me friendly looks!

Checked the prices on Indian travel portal cleartrip.com, found out prices to be cheaper than STA Travel

PER-DEL round-trip is $613 on China Southern official website which makes it another massive saving of $3 Ozbargainer style. Plus less hassle of dealing with agents :)
