Has been for ages. I usually pick up the kids a couple hot chocolates when i pick them up from school on really cold days.

Still a ripped off compared to the 2 whoppers, 2 small chips (basically a large) and 2 small drinks (basically a large but get 2 flavours instead) for $9.95.
A small whopper meal is around that price too but you get 1 less burger.
If anything they are more expensive now.
Their medium hot drinks use to be $1… then $1.50 and now $2.
Don't see this as a bargain, just a normal menu price?
I don't remember them being that cheap, but I do remember last year when small was $1, medium $2 and large $3. Best bang for buck was the small; and if you wanted larger, it was better to buy multiple smalls.
It isn't 'normal menu price', even though it pretty much is since it's been $2 for at least the past 2 years. But technically, the normal price is higher and this is just a long running promotion. The small isn't part of a promotion, and costs more than $2.

But I guess it depends on the area perhaps. The HJ's near me only sell one size of hot drink.
As above. The ones I've been to in WA sell 3 sizes. A small is more expensive than $2, the medium's price should be higher, but this long running promotion brings it down to $2. I remember one of the stores had a full menu board that displayed the normal price ($3.??) but then a poster saying they were $2. The menu board now lists $2 for the mediums.
