Bubba Mat Dwinguler Standard Size (Kid's Playmat) $130 - Normally $200 @ Costco Ringwood VIC (Membership Required)

141

Saw this at Costco sold as Dwinguler rather than Bubba Mat which you will find in baby bunting. Think it's a good deal considering the cheapest I've seen is $160 at a expo.

5 designs.

Not sure about other costcos. Heaps of stock when I was there (2 pallets worth)

  • WOAH hold on… people pay this much for a mat? Why not just buy this

Once you have a feel, you will understand

      • Do adults use this as well?

I don't see why not. You might look queer in front of your friends but it's actually a very good exercise mat.

I guess you could use carpet. But kids are kids, so this is clean up friendly and also nice and soft so falling on this isn't too much a concern

Always at that price and has been for ages. These mats are awesome!

    • Oh I didn't know. Been looking for a decent deal for ages and happen to see it today

    • Yep, we've bought two at this price previously!

    • Sorry to clarify, do you mean Costco always/usually have these in store? I like the look of these mats but don't need one yet so would rather wait.
Also does anyone know if Costco always has the Dwingular mats and not the Bubba mats. I really like the look of the pattern of one of the Bubba Mats (farm), so interested if they ever have it. TIA.

      • Didn't see the farm one there.

  • We have this and Ikea one

Ikea one is also ok for out infant. it is 1 inch think

I bought one of these a few weeks ago. The quality is awesome and it's kind of like memory foam. Not that expensive once you start googling other play mats that aren't from China.

  • Bought one from Costco almost a year ago (and shortly after went back to buy a second one). It's a great mat and still looks like new. Might sound expensive, but well worth it and the price has to be taken in context compared to how much you spend on other baby products. I would highly recommend it. Great for no-nappy-time etc as you can just wipe it down.

Edit: if you've never seen them, stop by a store and feel them. They are a great material (soft but dense) and fully water proof. We couldn't find any other mat in this material besides dwinguler and bubba mat and a third one (but in reality, I think all three are the same company).

  • Does NSW store have them?

  • Do they have stocks at Costco Docklands too?

  • It's always $129.99 since 2013.
