Wish they delivered Panadol .. this site/company just gave me a headache.
OZ720 no longer working.
OZ500 as advertised on their facebook page is for 40% however only gave me 30% off.Site is also full of bugs, submitted my order and got a bunch of errors shown on the page after payment.
I found it took the money out and although I had not registered as such was able to use "forgot password" link to create a new password.and find my order is there (pending) still after 10+ minutes. (also stated I made the order at 07:28:10 even though it was around midday haha) no email or text,
Another problem I saw was that the place I ordered from states mim $33 spend, Delivery $5 however when adding things to the cart the delivery fee is $8
Small selection for my area, all stores covered (same prices) along with MANY other stores on menulog/eatnow
Happy because I was able to get a cheaper meal through them but seems they should spend more time testing their website and at least being more of a competition to others already out there prior to releasing their business to the market.
Also.. not happy with the cash/card only payment methods.. other 2 have paypal and yet another reason this is only a 1 off with this company. (although they state paypal is accepted at the top of their page).. mind you it also states it is 200% free to use wt?
Too many false advertisments from this mob, 40% turns into 30%, $5 delivery turns into $8, and says accepts paypal, yet did not have that option.
Update:
Called to find out what was going on, answered by indian lady. she did not ask my for my order details but stated she needed 2 minutes to check the order is there and will call me back? um what? I will assume she had caller ID and my mobile number came up and that she can track it that way.
Update 2: 15 minutes later no call back, sure let me spend more money chasing you up.
I advised them of my earlier call, she said now she was having problem getting through to the store manager and some system issues or whatever but that they are working on it and i will get a call eventually to just be patient my end. (30 mins after making my order)wow .. personally if I said i would call back in 2 minutes, I would do that even if to state it would take longer.
Hopefully the next update is to share that my order has been delivered.ouch
Update 3: finally got a call back (now 45 mins after my order) being told it has gone through and will be delivered in another 45 minutes)

It'll be cold and missing parts of your order and they'll give you a can of coke in the form of a non functioning voucher that can't be stacked to makeup for the inconvenience!
(Well thats how my similar story ended with menulog)so after my last call advising it would be here in 45 minutes I find it to arrive 1 hour and 40 minutes later (but warm still which was good).. ozfood called a minute prior asking if I had it delivered on time and to confirm that I got an email and sms with the order, which I stated no to all.. delivery man arrived during call .. she just wanted feedback, and I assume it was Sushi Q who were the reason for the delivery delay and not this company .. but still adds to the fact I will not use this company again.
I ordered from burger edge in the city last night using this service. I knew it was going to be a problem the moment I clicked that place order button.
Long story short it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a couple of burgers delivered. Never again will I use this service or get anything from burger edge.
Tried to use the website myself but its almost impossible to use.
Items in cart list blocks the view of the menu.
40% discount has been reduced to 30%.
Can't be used in conjunction with 1st order discount.
Not good.

I made an order that came to $20.20 after the discount and selected the option to pay with cash. After entering my details and submitting the order, the page showed up with an error. I didn't receive a confirmation email from the site so I assumed that the order didn't go through.
1 hour later a man from the restaurant shows up with my order. Ok, whatever. But he asks me for $30 and I tell him that there must've been a mistake since I had a discount code. He calls his manager and then tells me that I can pay the $20 and that they will deal with the company.
So I gave them another shot, again 40% discount applied (30%+10% first order).
Once again although advertised no paypal option.
went through and submitted payment, however rather than an error screen this time, I was taken back to the main (front) page
no email, and only way I knew the order went through was by checking my order history) although it shows a couple of lines, you can not click on it etc for the full order)This time though, within 10 mins of ordering I got a call from them confirming the store did not open for another hour (which i knew) and if I wanted it ASAP or a later time up till closing, and confirmed they will call the store at their opening time and confirm with them the delivery.
Update: 40 mins later I did get an email confirming the order
an hour after the store opened, no food, however found that was the restaurants fault and they called saying they could not find the place.
so all in all a better experience with this mob, however they really need to update their website (with someone who knows how to design a proper working one) with updated info of what they actually offer now (eg paypal) + to correct the several errors (eg delivery prices ie. $5 on their pages, $8 in the order total) and spelling mistakes (like fired rice (rather than fried) .. when they do this it would be a much better service, however without the 40% discount i would continue to use others that have been around for a while
I'm sure it's great if you live next to the one restaurant that uses the service.
You should definitely update to QLD only, the scraps in other states hardly seem worth listing
