        It indicates in the original post + I have checked with the HN customer service rep.

        But Harvey Norman is really bad about many things such as properly indicating the deal conditions as well as their return policy, so from HN don't expect to see those important details.

        @Era: I was wondering coz the tv ad said "one day only - open til 9pm" but I'm not sure about online, as it's still the same day til midnight. wonder if I purchase online click and collect they'll still honour it? and if not can I cancel and get a refund on the basis I thought I was getting this deal?

        I purchased the GS5. I Rarely shop at HN but did notice the returns policy:
        no change of mind only if faulty goods

        @binatang: thanks mate. technically it's not change of mind, their deal says "one day only" and to me the day ends at midnight. I'd only want to cancel if they don't honour the gift card deal. but if they don't see it that way I guess they won't let me cancel :( now I don't know whether to take the risk on the purchase

        I took the chance of, being in Perth, to purchase at 1005 pm AWST yesterday as I believed the website would be biased towards AEST. Our radio advertising stated, in short, 'reduced items not included' however online it included sales items. Took the chance and had no problems even when requesting the gift card. Good luck to you

  How are the gift cards given? At the time of purchase or mailed later? Is the gift card item listed in the invoice?
