    O rly…

  • Not even that cheap

  • anyone care to enlighten me about this brand, i thought bugaboo is the apple of the pram product.

bugaboo is just a toyota of the pram product.

      • An overpriced Toyota

        • So a Lexus then? ;)

We use UppaBaby alta and happy with it. But I guess you can get a Vista for this price any day and this is not a bargain. In my opinion stokke xplory is the apple of prams

  • We have the Uppababy Alta and it is very good. Very lightweight, good construction, easy to fold, wife loves it. The difference is the vista is a bit heavier due to being able to support 2 seats/babies.

Nice pram. got it with extra rumba seat. no point if just using it as one seat pram.
No point to get the bassinet, so small only last a few months.
Price was $1242 delivered with the extra rumba seat when ebay 20% off earlier in the year :)

For two children, not as big as a Baby Jogger City Select (which is an unwieldy small bus), not as small as Steelcraft Strider (great if you want your kid to kick the other one continually).
We have one of these, supports 20kg for one child and bub in the other seat.
Bugaboo, Silver Cross, etc to me seem to be for the "wank" factor … this is costly because its so functional (heaps of configuration options).
We had an issue with one of the wheels locking and were sent an entirely new unit from the eastern states within a few days.

  • I just put mine on layby at Baby Gallery. They price matched it to $1299 when I saw another deal online with the same price.
Great pram…been doing my research over the past month and this one seems the best in terms of functionality v cost.

  • Same price at Baby Kindom with free cupholder - but not free post ($12.90 metro)

If you don't need to double up, Alta is $999 stroller and bassinet combo. $719 stroller by itself

Or the Reds one looks pretty good for $449/$499 depending on colour from this deal
(Haven't used or seen this brand in person, but looks pretty similar to Uppababy, Phil n Teds, etc)

    • Hi Danyool,
Babybylisa's deal for the VISTA is a better deal than babykindom as we offer something that parents require to use the vista in multiple configurations which are the upper and lower adapters which RRP are $29.95 each. We also offer FREE shipping to all metro areas in Australia, including WA! You wont find a better online deal. Just a reminder this sale ends on the 30th June :-)

I'm a newly expectant dad who has been researching prams for the last two weeks. I could seriously name 130 different names of the various types of prams noting major features and limitations.

If anyone wants some recommendations for reasonably priced prams [i.e well under $600 - with all the features of high priced prams]feel free to pm me. I think I need to up my ritalin to overcome my pram obsession at present!

    • I went with $130 Kmart pram for my little one and did not regret it. $1000 for pram is just too much for me..Personal preference..

    • I'll take you up on that. Cheers.
