Well if you're talking monetarily, Twilight Princess was a great example of why you should buy it on the firebrand l current console and not the one they release alongside it.
I can't believe Nintendo are doing it again. It annoyed Zelda fans back then and it must be doing the same now.
Yeah I bought the Wii U a year ago in 2015 was thinking just to play this game. Now they told me to wait until 2017 to play in my soon to be 1 gen old console? Wii U is the only gen console does not get a new Zelda game and the only get fed with remastered of older gen zelda games. Wii U will be my last home console from Nintendo, never again.
@wtfnodeal: I got my wii u second hand real cheap. I only buy the MS/Sony consoles at/shortly after launch now. I can almost guarantee the NX will have 5 maybe 10 worthwhile games in its first 2 years.
@wtfnodeal: If the Gamecube/Wii/Wiiu were anything to go by you are best off waiting until long into the WiiU lifecycle and buying second hand. Nintendo barely release any worthwhile titles and third party support is virtually nonexistant. The library for these consoles is mostly shovelware aimed at making a quick buck off parents of small children.
How is the packaging on the amiibo box itself? is it printed graphics or is it clear/see through plastic?

It wouldn't bother me if MS, Sony and Nintendo all combined and made one double-priced (heck, I'd pay triple for convenience) console. There'd be less boxes to plug in.
