Hey guys,

Edit 5: Sorry out of codes now. The play store only limits it to 500 coupons and I didn't come prepared. In the meantime I lowered the price down to $0.99.

Just launched this "Sweet Aussie Deals" (unofficial ozbargain) app and received a bunch of codes. I made this app to enhance the viewing experience when browsing on your Android phone by utilising google's latest material design.

I am not sure if there is a better way to do this, but just leave a comment or pm and I will send you the coupon code.

Edit2: Wasn't expecting this many request. Please be patient, I am going through everyone now, I got enough codes, but its not a super quick process.

      According to one of the users in the first page:

      "Gotta watch out if you have existing Google Play credit (eg rewards credit) which is default payment method - to drop down the payment option and choose "redeem code" (or maybe it just said redeem)."

        why does he need to develop a 'superior' app? its a general statement which has merit. here you have a developer making money from a free community-based forum. not really an ozbargain vibe here. on iOS, there is an OzBargain app called Bargains and it is free and does what this seems to claim to do.

          @blighst: oh i know. I'm just saying somebody else has made an app on iOS to help other OZBargainers and even thats free. Android is notorious for having free versions of paid iOS apps. i just wouldn't expect to pay for an app for a forum thats all.

          But yeah I see where you're coming from but a large amount of effort goes into making an app, especially one that appears to be decently designed.

          OP isn't making anyone pay for it - they're giving away free codes. I'd say that's a deal, right?

          @blighst: ye i get your angle, and i get that it takes hours and $$$ to make apps…and i agree, it looks pretty sweet…but $3.99 for the app. is a bit much. he's temporarily lowered it to $0.99. Lets hope it stays there.
