Discovered this when shopping for a Hugo Boss suit I had tried on in David Jones last week.
This suit costs $1477 in David Jones (doesn't look like its available online, but can post pics of price tags when I work out how to!), and i just bought it for $630 delivered at House of Fraser (£338 + £9 delivery).
It could be even better if House of Fraser removed the cost of VAT but they don't, they pocket the difference.
Lots of other good deals to be had. With a helping hand from the Brexit crash.
I have bought from some uk companies before that don't remove the vat. I contact them and ask and somehow they adjust the cost and take it off.

:-) I emailed the customer support dept this afternoon and asked what the deal is with VAT. Waiting to hear back …

and the answer is…
"Where VAT is not applied, as in the case of [insert name of country], the selling price remains the same online, however, the total cost of the order is paid to House of Fraser and no portion of the order cost is used by us for payment to HMRC."
So they keep the 20% GST/VAT. Bollocks.
Not removing the VAT sucks!
The website actually says "All prices include VAT (where applicable). If your order is being delivered outside of the EEC, please note that VAT has not been charged."
At 20% that makes a big difference !
