  From my experience, if you have good slicing software like simplify3D and a decent hotend like the E3D even the cheapest of filaments turn out great with a little tweaking. $55 odd dollars for 750g is abit rich and I can't see how much better it could perform over PLA that's $30 per kilogram. Good marketing though for the suckers out there.
