For anyone who owns this chair, does it make your head feel like it lacks support? Not sure about others, but it's an issue that I often have with high backed chairs with no head rests. Low back is fine.
Then its not an issue of support for head… cuse as you said, its not an issue with low back…
The issue is because of the length of the chair you are tempted to rest your head but you go against the temptation cuse you are working and cannot work with your head tilted and then you start feeling the discomfort cuse you were supposed to rest your head, but you arent.. and .. and… What was I talking about?

Not at all. Deals on this chair have come up plenty of times in the past and there have been many opportunities to buy one as it normally doesn't sell out in record time. It's also generally well received so I assume word of mouth has probably helped sales too.
In my opinion, somebody who has excess SD cards, Xiaomi products, old Eneloop batteries, Woodworm umbrella's and now 'fart' bombs would be more of a sign of somebody whose a possible addict.

I like arm rests but it's a personal choice. Apparently no armrests is considered better from an OHS perspective …. but I don't care I want my armrests!!

What is anyone's experience with returns? I'd like to fork out to try this chair but would like the right to return if not satisfied. I read change of mind policy but it said goods must be unopened.
I bought this chair couple of weeks ago. Delivery was quick from Staples but heavy box. Chair is quite easy to assemble and it comes with all the tools to assemble it. It is very comfortable and there are quite a few settings to get the right adjustment to suit you. We have expensive chairs at work but this one is way better than anything at my work. I highly recommend it.

This is a good no bullsh*t chair. No wobbly bits, nice and comfortable. Got it after I was sick of cycling through cheaper chairs, no regrets.

I bought this a week or so ago. Down to $249 and shipping I think was $30. Fully adjustable, mesh and also has head support which I truly appreciate. Not sure how it compares in quality, but it looks better and just a few dollars more;

I enquired about what happens if I didn't find it comfortable as in returning it the call centre agent couldn't answer the question and there was no one from Staples to answer it either so a case created and will be responded in 24 hours.
For anyone who wants to know, I rung the call centre to ask if this particular chair is an ergonomic chair. They said it is. Bit confusing when they don't specify that on their site for some reason.
Based on all the positive reviews about this chair I ended up taking the leap and just ordered thought id get them to assemble it with 20% off lol so lazy :P

Herman Miller mesh is much better. This one feels harder and not as smooth. Also the plastic texture in Herman Miller looks better. This one looks cheap and weak.

Anyone else find the chair a little squeaky?
No squeak with mine but the seat cushion noticeably slopes to the back-right. Decent amount of movement with the backrest also which i'm not that keen on. How's your seat cushion?

Yeah same here, im like 100% sure the driver contracted with the delivery just didnt even attempt deliver mine because i live about an hour away from their depot. Authority to leave was ticked too, Im pretty annoyed, but it wouldnt be the first time a driver has decided to skip my house.
I called and complained, now waiting to hear back from their Warehouse manager with an explaination as to why its back in their warehouse.
Same i emailed them
their going to re deliver, this place seems doggy or at least the carrier their using.
All I got was "Our delivery team will contact you tomorrow", I had to call a 2nd time to even talk about re-delivery, the first customer service rep didn't even get back to me as to why it never got delivered or even attempted for delivery. sigh Looks like another day of sitting on the exercise ball. At least the 2nd rep gave me a case number. Definitely going to send in a complaint, because i want an explanation as to why no delivery attempt was made.

Nope, but we both live in Vic. My house is just right off the Monash freeway, so I don't understand why the driver was so lazy. My house was probably just too far of a drive for them/would've made them wait in peak hour freeway traffic for ages to get back to depot. My area is still metro, the 2nd largest shopping center in Aus is right next door to me.Definitely dropping a complaint in customer feedback to them in hopes this doesn't happen to other people.

nope
I'm not going to go into details as can't be bothered writing a long post but this is the first time I have ordered from them and will be last these guys have no customer service at all and they couldn't organise a root in a brothel.
