      The only way to know is ask (that way you get an AliExpress dispute resolved in your favour if otherwise).
      But it does say $au0.18/piece which usually means 1.

      Although looking at the comments there was a Yank on 7 June who said…"Thank seller! Delivery in Kiev 34 days. 10pcs in packing. Recommend " & has photos.

    Thanks. Will put them on the inside edge of my car doors to make them more visable at night when opening.

    And as a cheap way to make rave clothes.

    The price is per piece.
    The sample photo is showing what it would look like if you bought 10 pieces.
    They also have a photo that shows you 13 pieces and 2 pieces. :)

    And…
    A quick check shows the bulk per piece price is 21c or so (another store).
