    The strength of our roller door motor is 800nm which is not comparable with Bunnings!!! Please refer to the link below and read the product specification.

  • I have 2 existing roller doors and I am thinking of upgrading. Are these roller doors any good? It probably costs me more to take the old one down and to dispose it.

      I've used them before, and they take the old one for you. While my door is still going strong, their customer service is sub par at best

    Last year I paid $475 for supply and install, the motor has failed twice in 8 months (due to my roller being a little tight however the tech who installed it said there should be no issues so we went ahead with it). They have come to fix it on both ocassions but the office staff member did fail to book in my appointment twice! They give a 2 hour window so The first time I waited and no one showed up, when I called the girl said there was no booking which p***** me off, then she recalled our conversation and apologised then rebooked me for two days later…. Then guess what… No show again. A techie did eventually turn up to fix it and its working fine for now. I just worry that I'll keep having to get a techie out and waste my time.

      • I suggest sending customers a confirmation email or sms when bookings are made, this way customers don't have to argue with the customer service rep about whether the appointment was made or not. I did ask for an email to be sent to me when I made my appointment and the customer service rep said she would send it to me, but I never got anything.

    It's the 5th of July now. No need for the crap.

  • Can you provide the width measurement? The space is rather narrow between my wall and garage.

    • The minimum requirements between the edge of the door curtain and inside of the bracket: 80mm
      The minimum distance between the edge of the door and the outside of bracket: 130mm
